Intel Sockets:
- LGA 1366/115X/775: Requires parts B, D, E, F, H, I
- LGA 2066/2011 v3/2011: Requires parts B, G, H

- AM4/AM3+/AM3/AM2+/AM2/FM2+/FM2/FM1: Requires parts C, D, E, F, H, M
03. Intel - LGA 1366/115X/775 Installation
Step 1: Prepare Motherboard
Attach the backplate (D) to the rear of the motherboard. Secure it using four screws.
Step 2: Align Mounting Hardware
Refer to the diagrams for correct alignment of standoffs and brackets based on the specific Intel socket type (LGA 775, LGA 115x, LGA 2066/2011-v3/2011/1366).
Step 3: Install Standoffs
For LGA 1366/115X/775, install four standoffs (F) onto the motherboard using the provided tool (J). For LGA 2066/2011 v3/2011, install four standoff screws (G) using the tool (J).
04. Intel - LGA 1366/115X/775 Thermal Paste Application
Step 1: Apply Thermal Paste
Apply thermal paste (K) to the center of the CPU's integrated heat spreader (IHS) using the syringe. A pea-sized amount is recommended.
Step 2: Prepare Heatsink
Carefully remove the protective sticker from the base of the heatsink assembly (A). Warning: Do not remove the sticker before installation.
05. Intel - LGA 1366/115X/775 Heatsink Mounting
Step 1: Mount Heatsink
Align the heatsink assembly (A) with the standoffs on the motherboard and gently place it onto the CPU.
Step 2: Attach Mounting Brackets
Attach the Intel mounting brackets (B) to the top of the heatsink using two screws (H).
06. Intel - LGA 1366/115X/775 Final Installation
Step 1: Secure Heatsink
Secure the heatsink to the motherboard by screwing the mounting brackets (B) into the standoffs (F or G, depending on socket type) using screws (H). Tighten the screws in a cross pattern (1, 2, 3, 4) for even pressure distribution.
Step 2: Attach Fan
Attach the fan to the heatsink assembly using the provided clips or mounting points.
07. Intel - LGA 2066/2011-v3/2011 Installation
Step 1: Install Standoffs
For LGA 2066/2011 v3/2011 sockets, install four standoff screws (G) into the motherboard using the provided tool (J).
Step 2: Apply Thermal Paste
Apply thermal paste (K) to the center of the CPU's integrated heat spreader (IHS) using the syringe.
Step 3: Prepare Heatsink
Carefully remove the protective sticker from the base of the heatsink assembly (A). Warning: Do not remove the sticker before installation.
08. Intel - LGA 2066/2011-v3/2011 Heatsink Mounting
Step 1: Attach Mounting Brackets
Attach the Intel mounting brackets (B) to the heatsink using two screws (H).
09. Intel - LGA 2066/2011-v3/2011 Final Installation
Step 1: Secure Heatsink
Secure the heatsink to the motherboard by screwing the mounting brackets (B) into the standoffs (G) using screws (H). Tighten the screws in a cross pattern (1, 2, 3, 4) for even pressure distribution.
Step 2: Attach Fan
Attach the fan to the heatsink assembly using the provided clips or mounting points.
10. AMD AM4/AM3+/AM3/AM2+/AM2/FM2+/FM2/FM1 Installation
Step 1: Prepare Motherboard
Attach the backplate (D) to the rear of the motherboard. Secure it using four screws.
Step 2: Align Mounting Hardware
Refer to the diagrams for correct alignment of brackets based on the specific AMD socket type (AM4, AM3+/AM3, AM2+/AM2, FM2+/FM2/FM1).
Step 3: Install Standoffs
For AMD sockets, install four standoff screws (E) into the motherboard using the provided tool (J).
11. AMD AM4/AM3+/AM3/AM2+/AM2/FM2+/FM2/FM1 Thermal Paste Application
Step 1: Apply Thermal Paste
Apply thermal paste (K) to the center of the CPU's integrated heat spreader (IHS) using the syringe. A pea-sized amount is recommended.

Step 1: Attach Mounting Brackets
Attach the AMD mounting bracket (C) to the heatsink using two screws (H).
13. AMD AM4/AM3+/AM3/AM2+/AM2/FM2+/FM2/FM1 Final Installation
Step 1: Secure Heatsink
Secure the heatsink to the motherboard by screwing the mounting brackets (C) into the standoffs (E) using screws (H). Tighten the screws in a cross pattern (1, 2, 3, 4) for even pressure distribution.
Step 2: Attach Fan
Attach the fan to the heatsink assembly using the provided clips or mounting points.
14. Fan Connection
Step 1: Connect Fan Cable
Connect the 4-pin PWM fan power cable (L) to the CPU_FAN header on the motherboard.
15. RGB Lighting Setup
Step 1: Connect RGB Components
Connect the RGB fan adapter (O) to the RGB controller (P). Connect the RGB controller (P) to the motherboard's RGB header or a suitable power source. Connect the RGB extension cable (Q) from the RGB controller (P) to the fan.
16. Optional Second Fan Installation
The installation of a second fan is optional. To add a second fan, use the fan mounting brackets (N), rubber mounts (R), and fan mounting screws (S). Attach the brackets (N) to the heatsink, place rubber mounts (R) onto the second fan, and then secure the fan to the heatsink using screws (S).
