Precautions
- Ensure that the AC/DC Adapter is placed flat on a table or the floor. If placed so the AC cord input faces upwards, water or other foreign substances could enter and cause malfunction.
- Ensure your house's AC power supply complies with the requirements listed on the product's identification sticker. Install horizontally on a suitable base (furniture) with 7-10 cm ventilation space. Do not cover ventilation slots. Do not place on hot equipment. This unit is designed for continuous use. To fully turn off, disconnect the AC plug. Unplug if leaving unused for a long period.
- During thunderstorms, disconnect the AC plug from the wall outlet to prevent damage from lightning surges.
- Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight or other heat sources, as this may lead to overheating and malfunction.
- Protect the product from moisture (e.g., vases), excessive heat (e.g., fireplace), or strong magnetic/electric fields. Unplug the power cable if the unit malfunctions. This product is for personal use only, not industrial. Condensation may occur if stored in cold temperatures; wait approximately 2 hours for it to reach room temperature before use if transported in winter.
- Batteries contain environmentally harmful chemicals. Do not dispose of batteries in household trash, fire, or short-circuit, disassemble, or overheat them. ⚠️ CAUTION: Danger of explosion if battery is replaced incorrectly. Replace only with the same or equivalent type.

Troubleshooting
Before seeking assistance, check the following:
- Soundbar does not turn on: Check power cord insertion.
- Soundbar works erratically: Remove and reinsert power cord. Power cycle external device. Turn on power if it auto-turned off due to no signal.
- Remote control does not work: Point directly at Soundbar. Replace batteries.
- Red LED indicator stays on: Microphone is turned off. Turn it on.
- Soundbar does not output any sound: Adjust Soundbar volume or external device volume. Select Soundbar as TV sound output. Remove and reconnect cables. If TV is not connected via HDMI (eARC), check cable connection. Connection may fail due to external device; try connecting Soundbar directly. Ensure HDMI-CEC (Anynet+) is activated on the TV.
- Soundbar will not connect via Bluetooth: Switch to Bluetooth Pairing mode (press PAIR button or Mic On/Off button for 5+ seconds). Remove the device from the Bluetooth speaker list on your device and reconnect.
- Sound drops out when connected via Bluetooth: Check for radio interference from nearby devices (microwaves, routers). Move the Bluetooth device closer to the Soundbar. Ensure no body part is touching the Bluetooth transceiver or that the product is not on metal furniture.
- Unable to connect to Wi-Fi: Ensure wireless router is on; reboot and reconnect. If the signal is too weak, move the router closer or remove obstacles.
- Soundbar does not turn on automatically with TV: Power synchronization is disabled when Soundbar is turned off while watching TV. Turn off the TV first.
