IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE
This manual contains important safety instructions that must be strictly followed when using this equipment. Maintain and use this manual as a reference for training.
Attention Owners and Operators
This equipment is designed for safe and productive food processing when used and maintained according to this manual. Proper training and supervision are essential to prevent serious injury. Owners are responsible for ensuring safe operation, adherence to instructions, and compliance with local, state, or federal laws.
Operators must be over 18 years old, adequately trained, supervised, and have read this manual. Keep customers, children, visitors, and unauthorized personnel away from the equipment.
It is the owner's and operator's responsibility to be alert to hazards posed by the equipment and its moving parts. Consult a supervisor if uncertain about any task.
To prevent foodborne illness, proper cleaning and sanitizing of the entire immersion blender is crucial, as any surface can become contaminated. Follow guidelines from local/state health departments and chemical sanitizer manufacturers.
Pay attention to cracks, broken seams, and areas where food debris can collect during cleaning. If the blender or its parts are damaged, cleaning and sanitizing may be more difficult. Contact an experienced service individual immediately for repairs.
Warnings are provided to alert you to potential hazards:
- Personal Safety Warnings: Indicated by ⚠ WARNING or similar text.
- Equipment Damage Warnings: Indicated by ⚠ CAUTION or similar text.
Ensure the manual is readily available. Warning labels (English and French) are affixed to the blender. Contact the factory for replacement labels or manuals.
Remember that neither the manual nor labels replace the need for alertness, proper training, supervision, and common sense.

- Do not hose down, pressure wash, or pour water on the immersion blender.
- Never use a scrubber pad, steel wool, or abrasive material to clean the immersion blender.
To prevent illness or death from foodborne pathogens, it is important to properly clean and sanitize the entire immersion blender, as any surface can become contaminated. The owner/operator must follow all guidelines, instructions, and laws from local/state health departments and chemical sanitizer manufacturers. The entire unit, including removable parts, must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after contact with food products, repeating this process at least every 4 hours, and complying with local health department laws.
It is extremely important to properly sanitize all food contact surfaces and follow instructions on your quaternary sanitizer container to kill potentially harmful bacteria.
IMPORTANT: If using a chemical sanitizer other than chlorine, iodine, or quaternary ammonium, it must be applied according to EPA-registered label instructions. Excessive sanitizer or products not formulated for stainless steel/aluminum can void your warranty. Sanitizer concentration must comply with FDA Food Code section 4-501.114.
For more information on proper kitchen and equipment sanitation, visit www.servsafe.com.
⚠ CAUTION Always turn the immersion blender OFF and unplug the power cord BEFORE cleaning. Follow sanitizer instructions carefully. Allow parts to air dry before reassembly.
