  • This appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above, and persons with reduced capabilities, if supervised or instructed on safe use. Children should not play with the appliance.
  • This appliance is for domestic household use only.
  • WARNING: Do not block ventilation grills and ensure sufficient airflow at the rear.
  • Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
  • Do not use a steam cleaner.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, service agent, or similarly qualified persons.

  • WARNING: This product uses Isobutane R600a refrigerant, which can be flammable or explosive. Repairs and disposal must be carried out by an R600a qualified engineer.
  • Place the product at least 10 cm from stoves, ovens, and other heating appliances.
  • Do not place the product on a carpeted surface.
  • The product should only be placed on the floor between two base cabinets, or at the end of a row.
  • Choose a dry and well-ventilated space for installation.
  • To avoid food contamination, follow specific instructions for opening doors, cleaning surfaces, and storing food.
  • If the appliance is left empty for long periods, switch off, defrost, clean, dry, and leave the door open.
  • WARNING: RISK OF FIRE / FLAMMABLE MATERIALS.

Guarantee

The refrigerator has a manufacturer's guarantee of 2 years against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase or delivery. Proof of purchase is required for claims. The guarantee covers product failures and malfunctions when used for its intended purpose and maintained according to the manual. It does not cover defects from normal wear and tear, improper use, faulty installation, accident, or modification. Ancillary or consequential damages are not covered. Rights under this guarantee are enforceable in the country of purchase.

Installation

Before you start:

  • This appliance must be installed correctly by a qualified person, following manufacturer's instructions.
  • WARNING: DANGER OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! Power supply must be cut off before installation.
  • Only a qualified person can install the appliance. Manufacturer declines responsibility for improper installation.
  • Check package contents.
  • Decide on the appropriate location.
  • Handle with care as the appliance contains glass.
  • The specifications plate provides identification information for replacement parts.
  • Pass on instructions if the appliance is sold or given away.

Safety:

  • WARNING: To prevent overturning, install in an appliance larder cabinet with supplied wall brackets.
  • WARNING: Installation must be performed by a competent person. Incorrect installation can cause injury or damage.
  • Keep parts out of reach of small children.
  • Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over; fix permanently to the wall using appropriate fixing devices.
  • Prevent children from climbing on drawers, doors, or shelves.

Assembly Procedure:

  • Confirm larder height (standard or tall).
  • Decide on appliance door opening direction and change if required.
  • Build the cabinet and attach hinges and doors. Secure the cabinet to the wall.
  • Locate the appliance within the cabinet and secure it.
  • Ensure mains voltage corresponds to the rating plate before connecting.

Direct Connection:

  • The appliance is supplied with a fitted plug suitable for your country.
  • Do not bend or compress the cable.
  • Regularly check the power cord for damage. If damaged, contact Customer Service.

Troubleshooting

Problem Solution
The fridge / freezer doesn't work. Check appliance is switched on.
Check for power cut.
Check plug and mains outlet.
Check fuse.
Check voltage is correct.
The temperature inside the appliance is not cold enough. Do not overfill.
Adjust the thermostat.
Check placement (not in direct sunlight or near heat sources).
Check ambient temperature is within limits.
Ensure doors are kept open for the shortest time possible.
The temperature within the appliance is too cold. Adjust the thermostat.
Use coldest setting only for rapid cooling.
The inner surfaces of the appliance are wet. Condensation has formed, wipe dry and adjust thermostat.
Presence of bad odours. Dispose of old food or repackage.
Clean regularly and remove spillages.
Ensure internal drainage hole is not blocked.
The doors do not close properly. Ensure no items block doors and seals are intact.
The appliance makes noises including the sound of flowing liquid. This is normal. Ensure appliance is level and there is a small gap between the wall and the rear of the carcass.
Alarm indicator LED is turning on Ensure door is closed and product has run for at least one hour. Contact service center if error continues.

Recycling & Disposal

Waste electrical products (WEEE) should not be disposed of with household waste. Recycle where facilities exist. Check with local authorities or retailer for recycling advice. The wheelie bin symbol indicates it cannot be treated as normal household waste and must be handed over to an electric and electronic equipment collection point.

Installation - Door Reversal

Follow the numbered steps (1-6) to reverse the doors of the appliance. This process involves unscrewing hinges, removing doors, and reattaching them to the opposite side.

Installation - Cabinet Assembly

The appliance must be fitted in an appliance larder cabinet. Ensure correct dimensions and ventilation.

  • Positioning the appliance:
  • Remove all packaging.
  • Do not use outside or in wet locations.
  • Do not locate in direct sunshine or near heat sources.
  • Do not tilt by more than 45° during installation.
  • Designed for ambient temperatures of 16°C to 43°C (Climate Class: N, ST, T).
  • Do not install in garages or outhouses where temperatures may exceed this range.
  • Ensure sufficient ventilation at the rear. Inadequate ventilation impairs performance.

Follow the numbered steps (08-25) for detailed cabinet assembly and appliance fitting, including attaching panels, shelves, doors, and securing the appliance.

Functions & Settings

Before you start:

  • IMPORTANT: Allow the coolant to settle for at least three hours before turning on the power.
  • Normal operating temperature: Freezer -25°C to -18°C; Fridge 0°C to 4°C.
  • Keep doors open for the shortest time possible to save energy.

Control panel:

  • 1. Thermostat button: Press to adjust fridge temperature.
  • 2. Super cool indicator: For rapidly chilling foods (max. 2 hours, auto-cancels after 5 hours).
  • 3. Open door alarm: LED illuminates and sounds a warning after two minutes.
  • 4. Fridge temperature: Display cycles through temperature options (super, min, max).

Vegetable Basket - Humidity Control:

Use the Humidity Control to regulate cool air flow into the vegetable basket. Move left to close vents for normal use, right to open vents for increased air flow.

Shelf Removal

Instructions and diagrams are provided for removing shelves and door balconies.

Freezer Storage Advice

  • Store fresh food in airtight containers or wrap.
  • Do not allow frozen food to contact unfrozen food.
  • Place pre-frozen food in the freezer quickly after purchase.
  • Prepare vegetables/fruits correctly to prevent frost damage (blanch, shock, dry).
  • Follow storage guidelines on food packaging for maximum freezer storage times at -18°C: Ice Cream (1-2 months), Fish & Pork (3-6 months), Bread & Cheese (3-6 months), Meat & Poultry (9-12 months), Fruit & Vegetables (9-12 months).

Care & Maintenance

CAUTION: DISCONNECT THE APPLIANCE FROM THE POWER SUPPLY BEFORE CLEANING.

Internal Cleaning:

  • Do not pour water over the appliance.
  • Clean the cavity periodically with a solution of bicarbonate of soda and lukewarm water (5 ml to 0.5 litre).
  • Clean accessories separately with soap and water; do not use a dishwasher.
  • Do not use abrasive products, detergents, or soaps.
  • Rinse with clean water and dry carefully.
  • Reconnect the plug with dry hands after cleaning.

External Cleaning:

  • Wash the outer cabinet with warm soapy water. Do NOT use abrasive products.
  • Be careful of sharp edges on the underside.
  • Dust the rear and compressor area once or twice a year with a brush or vacuum cleaner to maintain performance and energy efficiency.

When the appliance is not in use:

  • For long periods, disconnect from electricity, empty, clean the inside, and leave the door open to prevent odours.

Defrosting:

The appliance is frost-free. In the unlikely event defrosting is needed:

  • Two hours before, turn the thermostat to maximum. Remove food and store in cool bags.
  • Protect the floor and compartments with towels/containers.
  • Switch off and unplug the appliance.
  • Remove drawers and shelves, leave doors open.
  • Never use hairdryers, electrical heaters, sharp knives, or tools for defrosting.
  • When ice has melted, clean and dry the interior. Wipe up spills.
  • Replace the plug, turn on the appliance, and return food.

Using the drainage tool:

Occasionally use the drainage tool to ensure the hole at the rear of the fridge compartment remains unblocked. Excess moisture drains into the container above the compressor where it will evaporate.

Replacing a faulty bulb:

The LED bulb cannot be replaced by the consumer. Contact Customer Service for assistance.
