Warnings & Safety Guidelines
Riding Warnings
- During uphill riding, adverse wind, or bad road conditions, use manual pedaling to assist the motor and reduce battery load.
- In case of any abnormal condition during riding, use emergency brakes on both front and rear wheels and immediately turn off the power switch. Continue riding only after ensuring the vehicle is in normal condition.
- While the Gyrocopters electric bike is suitable for water and snow, avoid complete submersion. The wading depth should not exceed the lower edge of the motor hub to prevent internal leakage.
- For safety, ride on non-motorized lanes and do not carry passengers, always obeying traffic rules.
- New riders should thoroughly understand the electric vehicle's performance before riding.
- Avoid riding with or too close to motor vehicles, and be aware of blind spots.
Note: Turn off the power while parked to save electricity.
Braking Procedures
- Brake the rear wheel first, then the front wheel.
- For emergency braking, use both front and rear brakes simultaneously, as using them alone reduces effectiveness.
Note: Be very careful while braking, speeding, or turning. Avoid increasing manual pedaling effort during these actions. Drive at a slower speed, maintain sufficient distance from others, and pay extra attention to slippery roads, ensuring adequate braking distance.
Parking Guidelines
- When dismounting, turn off the power switch to preserve battery, motor, and electrical switch life, and to prevent accidents.
- When using the kickstand, park in a spacious area. For temporary parking, use the safety lock (not provided) to secure the vehicle.
- Do not park the electric bike in building halls, evacuation staircases, or safety exits. Always follow parking safety codes.
Maintenance & Battery Care
Charger Information
- Use only the designated special charger. Do not charge in residential buildings and keep it out of reach of children.
- Handle the charger plug with care to avoid damage and ensure proper input/output. Keep the charger moistureproof and waterproof.
- Do not use the charger in environments with unstable conditions, excessive oil fumes, dust, humidity, or direct sunlight. Avoid connecting other electrical appliances during lightning. Ensure good ventilation.
- Prevent external objects, liquids, or metal from entering the charger to avoid short circuits. Avoid impacts or violent shocks.
- The charger contains high voltage. Do not open it without professional assistance. Do not alter the plug or wiring.
- If carrying the charger in a car, place it in a well-shock-absorbed toolbox. Do not dismantle or replace internal components.
Charging Process
- Place the charger in a ventilated area, plug its outlet into the charging hole, and then plug the charger into the electricity.
- The battery is fully charged when the indicator changes from red to green. For optimal charging, recharge for 1-2 hours, not exceeding 6 hours total.
- After charging, unplug the charger's input plug and then connect the output plug to the e-bike. Do not leave the charger plugged into the power outlet without charging. If you notice an odor or high temperature, stop charging immediately and seek maintenance.
Battery Care (Non-professionals should not dismantle)
- Charge the battery between 0°C and 45°C. Discharge between -20°C and 60°C. Keep the battery dry, away from acid/alkaline liquids, rain, fire sources, heat sources, and high-temperature environments. Do not reverse electrodes, destroy, disassemble, or short-circuit the battery. Use the original charger. Charging should not exceed 6 hours or 2A. For long-term storage, keep the battery in a cool, dry place and charge it for five hours monthly. Handle the battery according to instructions.
- New e-bikes may require charging before the first ride.
- Charge according to instructions to avoid consequences. Pay attention to battery type and voltage, and do not mix chargers. Charge in a ventilated environment, avoiding residential buildings, confined spaces, or hot weather.
- When the vehicle is folded, ensure the two metal contacts on the battery box end do not touch simultaneously to prevent short circuits.
- Do not store or use batteries above 60°C. If storing for extended periods, charge monthly to half capacity.
Motor and Controller Care
Protect the motor outlet to prevent short circuits and motor damage. Avoid prolonged motor immersion in water.
Protect exposed controller wires to prevent short circuits and damage. Do not flush the controller with water.
Battery Care Instructions
Use
- Use the original lithium-ion battery.
- Handle with care: do not drop, modify, or use swollen, dented, torn, or damaged batteries.
- Do not modify the battery, as it can cause overheating, fire, or explosion.
Charging
- Avoid overcharging; it may cause overheating, fires, or explosions.
- Charge at room temperature on a hard surface. Soft surfaces can trap heat.
- Charge before the battery drops below 30% to extend lifespan. Avoid keeping it plugged in at 100% for long periods.
- Avoid fully discharging lithium-ion batteries, as it can cause damage.
- Charge away from exit doors in case of fire.
Storage
- Bring battery to room temperature before use. Avoid charging in sub-zero temperatures or using in extreme temperatures.
- Store at 50% charge for long-term storage. Check and recharge every 3 months if needed.
- Store in a dry, room-temperature (5-20°C) place, away from heat, cold, sun, and moisture on terminals.
- Store safely away from children, other batteries, flammable materials, and heavy objects. Use a protective, non-metal case when carrying.
Notice & Declaration
Riding Notice
- Always wear a helmet, gloves, kneecaps, and elbow protectors.
- Ride at medium speed; avoid continuous pedaling when slowing down.
- Do not ride on motorways, pedestrian areas, or steep slopes (climbing gradient should be less than 30 degrees).
- Do not exceed the maximum weight limit (120 kg).
- Do not use in extremely hot/cold environments or on bumpy wet roads.
- Strictly prohibited for children under 16. Illegal use may lead to dangers. The company is not liable for damages resulting from non-compliance.

Weight & Speed Limitations
Speed and weight limits are set for your safety. Do not exceed the limits specified in the "Specifications" section.
Operating Range
The operating range is affected by several factors:
- Terrain: Riding distance is maximized on smooth, flat surfaces. Uphill or rough terrain significantly reduces distance.
- Weight: Lighter users generally have a greater range.
- Ambient Temperature: Riding and storing the device within recommended temperatures improves driving distance, battery life, and overall performance.
- Speed and Riding Style: Maintaining a moderate, consistent speed maximizes distance. High speeds, frequent starts/stops, idling, and rapid acceleration/deceleration decrease the overall distance.
Note: Sudden stops may damage brake discs.
Safety Alerts & Battery Disposal
Follow all local, state, and federal laws regarding the recycling, handling, and disposal of Lead-acid batteries.
Common Safety Alerts
The device may prompt users with alerts for system errors or illegal operations. Address these promptly:
- Prohibited riding surfaces (uneven, steep, unsafe, etc.).
- Low battery voltage.
- Device is still charging.
- Overheating or high motor temperature.
- Battery is low (battery icon flashes).
- Tires are blocked (device stops after 10 seconds).
- Battery level depleted below protection mode (motor powers off after 15 seconds).
Note: During high discharge (e.g., steep uphill for a long period), the motor may power off after 15 seconds.
