Troubleshooting

Here are solutions for common issues:

SymptomTroubleshooting Steps
Charging case not charging
  • Check if the charging cable is properly connected.
  • If connecting to a PC, ensure it's a powered USB port. Avoid using USB hubs. Check if the PC is in power-saving or sleep mode.
  • Ensure you are using the correct charging cable.
Earbuds not charging
  • Check if the charging case battery is low.
  • Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and case are clean. Remove any debris.
  • Check if the earbud battery is depleted.
No power
  • Ensure the earbuds are removed from a charging case with sufficient battery. (If the case battery is empty, earbuds may not power on automatically.)
  • For manual power-on, long-press the multifunction button. A short press will not turn them on.
TWS connection issues
  • Ensure both earbuds are sufficiently charged.
  • Check if the earbuds are too far apart.
  • Reset the wireless earbuds.
Pairing issues
  • Check if the Bluetooth device is already connected to other devices.
  • Re-register (pair) the earbuds with your Bluetooth device.
No sound
  • Ensure Bluetooth is connected correctly.
  • Check if playback controls were used on the Bluetooth device.
  • Verify the volume on the Bluetooth device is not set to minimum.
  • If connected to a PC, ensure the PC's audio output is set to the earbuds.
Low volume
  • Adjust the volume on the Bluetooth device.
  • Clean the sound outlet (nozzle) of the earbuds. Dust or earwax can block or reduce sound.
Noise or intermittent sound
  • Check for obstructions between the Bluetooth device and earbuds, or if they are too far apart.
  • Avoid using the earbuds near sources of electromagnetic interference or strong Wi-Fi signals.

Remarks and Disposal

Note on Disposal: The symbol of a crossed-out trash bin ?️ on batteries or accumulators indicates that they must not be disposed of with household waste at the end of their life. If batteries or accumulators contain mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), or lead (Pb), the corresponding chemical symbol will be found below the crossed-out trash bin symbol. You are legally obligated to return old batteries and accumulators after use. This can be done free of charge at retail stores or other collection points near you.

Information on Electrical and Electronic Equipment: This note is for private end-users. Electrical and electronic equipment that becomes waste is called old equipment. Owners of old equipment must ensure it is collected separately from unsorted municipal waste. Old equipment does not belong in household waste but in special collection and return systems.

Batteries and Accumulators: Owners of old equipment must generally separate old batteries and accumulators from the old equipment before handing them over to a collection point, unless they are enclosed within the old equipment. This does not apply if the old equipment is handed over to public waste disposal authorities and separated there from other old equipment for preparation for reuse.

Data Protection: Old equipment often contains sensitive personal data, especially information and telecommunication devices like computers and smartphones. For your own interest, please ensure that every end-user is responsible for deleting data on the old equipment to be disposed of.
