Important Safety Instructions

1. Read, understand, and follow ALL instructions before using this product.
2. Do not exceed the overall maximum load capacity of 600 lbs. or the maximum dumping load capacity of 300 lbs. The weight rating is based on an evenly distributed load.
3. Do not allow children to use the cart without supervision. This cart is not a toy.
4. Do not use this cart for transporting passengers.
5. This cart is not intended for highway use.
6. Do not exceed 5 mph.
7. Distribute the load evenly over the surface of the tray.
8. Do not load items on the top edges of the tray.
9. If any parts become damaged, broken, or misplaced, do not use the cart until replacement parts have been obtained.
10. Do not use the cart on surfaces or for transporting objects that can cause damage to the tires.
11. It is recommended that the cart be inspected for damage before each use.

Hardware

Step 1: 8 x M8*20mm bolts

Step 2: 4 x M8*20mm bolts

Step 3: 2 x M8*45mm bolts

Step 4: 2 x M10*65mm bolts

Step 5: 2 x M8*40mm bolts

Step 6: 1 x M12 nuts

Step 7: 4 x M16mm bolts and cotter pins

Step 8: 1 x M16*60mm bolts

Assembly Instructions

Step 1

Assemble the fitting tray bracket (B) and Tray (C) together with 8 sets of M8*20mm bolts. Note: Do not tighten the screws yet.

Step 2

Assemble the fitting locking (G) tray bracket (B) and tray (C) together with 4 sets of M8*20mm bolts. Note: Tighten all screws in step 1 and Step 2 after assembly.

Step 3

Assemble the fitting tray bracket (B) and folding bracket (A) together with a set of M8*45mm bolts.

Step 4

Assemble the fitting Rear axle (I) and folding bracket (A) together with 2 sets of M10*65mm bolts.

Step 5

Assemble the fitting front axle (H) and yoke (F) together with 2 sets of M8*40mm bolts.

Step 6

Assemble the fitting front axle (H) and folding bracket (A) with 1 set of M12 nuts. Note: Adjust the tightness of the nut according to the steering flexibility of the front axle bracket.

Step 7

Assemble the fitting wheel (D) on top of the front axle (H) and rear axle (I) using 4 sets M16mm bolts and cotter pins.

Turn over the cart.

Step 8

Assemble the handle (E) to the yoke (F) with a set of M16*60mm bolts.
