Purchases must be made at a participating KitchenAid brand retailer within the valid offer dates.
Invoice Requirements: Legible Sales Receipt - Must include valid PURCHASE DATE, PURCHASE PRICE, MODEL NUMBER(S), CONSUMER NAME and RETAILER NAME. INVOICE MUST SHOW PROOF OF PURCHASE.
Model Number(s): Indicate the model and serial number(s) in the space provided.
Serial Number(s): Rebates must be submitted online or postmarked before 1/30/26.
If appliances have not been delivered, submit this form before 1/30/26 without serial numbers. To submit serial numbers after rebate submission, call 1-866-503-8251 or go online at KitchenaidAppliancePromotions.com before 3/31/26.
Completed Submission: Submit online or by mail by 1/30/26.
Important Notes:
- Limit one rebate form per household (two forms per household in RI only).
- Offer valid in U.S. only.

Your payment will be delivered via email with instructions for claiming your Prepaid Mastercard®. You must claim your card within 3 months from the date these instructions are sent via email. The link to access your payment expires after this time.
