Two Ways to Submit:

2. Mail-In Submission: Complete both sides of the rebate form.

Requirements for Rebate Offer #330014402:

• Purchases must be made at a participating KitchenAid brand retailer within the valid offer dates.
• Invoice Paid in Full: Legible Sales Receipt must include valid PURCHASE DATE, PURCHASE PRICE, MODEL NUMBER(S), CONSUMER NAME and RETAILER NAME. Invoice must show proof of purchase.
• Model Number(s): Indicate the model and serial number(s) in the space provided.
• Serial Number(s): Rebates must be submitted online or postmarked before 1/30/26. Provide serial number(s) when submitting if appliances are available.
• Do Not Wait: Submit the form before 1/30/26 without serial numbers if appliances have not been delivered. To submit serial numbers after rebate submission, call 1-866-503-8251 or go online at KitchenaidAppliancePromotions.com before 3/31/26.
• Completed Submission: Submit online or by mail by 1/30/26.

Fill out the Purchaser First Name, Last Name, Street Address, City, State, ZIP, Apt #, Mobile Phone, Email, Retailer Name, and Date Purchased.

Mailing Instructions:
