Rebate Submission Requirements

Before submitting your rebate, please ensure you have the following:

• ✔ A clear copy of your original Invoice (photo or PDF with all four corners of the page) showing: complete payment, purchase date, model number(s), retailer name and address, and your name and address.
• ✔ A valid Serial Number is required to complete your rebate. If you are not taking delivery of your product(s) until after the program postmark date of 09/20/25, please submit your claim by the postmark date without serial number(s).

Mail-In Submission: If you are unable to submit online, please complete the mail-in form. Ensure all information is complete, including model number and serial number for each product. Incomplete forms will not be processed.

• Copy of original Sales Receipt or Invoice showing model number, date of purchase, invoice number, and store name.
• Serial number for the products purchased.
• For assistance locating model and serial numbers, visit the manufacturer website.

Important Exclusions & Deadlines

• Purchases from Best Buy®, Costco Warehouse, Lowe's®, and The Home Depot® are not eligible for this rebate promotion.
• Rebate submission must be submitted online or postmarked no later than 09/20/25. Late submissions will not be accepted.

This offer is limited to one rebate per consumer per household/email address. Rebates must be submitted by the consumer using valid information. Offer is strictly limited to the stated rebate amount. Prior sales, back orders, and special orders do not qualify. Multiple sales to apartments, condominiums, subdivisions, wholesalers, dealer sales, builders, or resellers do not qualify. Offer void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. This rebate offer is valid only to end-use consumers in all US states, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Nationwide Marketing Group reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel this offer at any time without notice. Missing, incomplete, or incorrect information will delay processing and will void the rebate offer. The consumer is solely responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected mail.
