Installation Instructions

Folding Arm Operation: Press the Adjustment Button to unfold the Bent Arm in the direction shown in the picture. Note: No need to press the Adjustment Button when folding the bent arm assembly.
Step 1: Install Bent Arm and Rotating Base

Install the Bent Arm and Rotating Base using the Bolt Assembly (Part 2).
Step 2: Adjust Angle and Assemble Front Wheel Holder

Adjust the angle and assemble the Front Wheel Holder (Part 5).
Step 3: Insert into Vehicle Receiver and Secure

Insert the Bike Rack into the vehicle receiver. Place the Pin Lock (Part 4), through the Spring Washer and Flat Washer (if applicable) and the aligned holes. Insert the lock head and ensure it is securely fastened.
Folding Steps

Step 1: Hold the Handle Assembly and lower the bike rack to the lowest position, making sure the gear is correct.
Usage Steps

Step 1: Reduce Vibrations
Tighten the nut on the U-shaped shock absorption (Part 3) mechanism to reduce vibrations.

Step 2: Adjust Adjustment Lever Position
The position of the Adjustment Lever can be adjusted according to your needs. Loosen it counterclockwise and tighten it clockwise.

Step 3: Install Bicycle
Install the bicycle on the Bike Rack. Place the front wheel against the Front Wheel Holder (Part 5), and tighten the Bent Arms on both sides to ensure that the front and rear wheels of the bicycle are firmly fixed.

Warnings
- ⚠️ Do not overload beyond the bike rack's weight capacity of 200 lbs.
- ⚠️ Do not carry more than 2 bikes on the carrier.
- ⚠️ The bike rack is not intended for transporting humans or animals.
- ⚠️ If you are planning to load only one bike, it is recommended to place it in the position closest to the vehicle.
- ⚠️ All bikes must be secured properly before operating the vehicle.
- ⚠️ Make sure the front of the bike(s), when mounted, are at or above the bottom of the bumper to avoid damage to the bike(s).
- ⚠️ Do not carry flammable items on the bike rack.
- ⚠️ If using the bike rack to transport electric bikes, please remove the batteries from the bikes prior to transporting them. This will help reduce the weight supported by the carrier.
- ⚠️ During long trips, frequently check the straps and bike position, especially if traveling on rough terrain.
- ⚠️ Please do not make alterations to the product, as it can pose potential hazards to your safety.
