Assembly Instructions
Installation Preparation:
- Insert the Rotating Group (1) into the 2" hitch receiver of the vehicle for easy installation. If no 2" hitch receiver is prepared, begin directly with Step 1.
Step 1: Align the Bottom Fixing Bracket (2) with the hole of the Rotating Group (1). Insert the M16*85 Outer Hexagon Bolt (3) into the hole at the bottom, and then screw on the M16 Lock Nut (4). Note: Do not overtighten the bolts to prevent the Bottom Fixing Bracket (2) and the Rotating Group (1) components from rotating easily.
Step 2: Place the end of the Middle Support Tube (8) onto the Bottom Fixing Bracket (2) and align the holes.
Step 3: Insert the Semicircle Plate (9) upward, then fix them with the M10*65 Bolt (13) and the M10 Lock Nut (12). Align the round hole with the round boss, and align the round hole with the square hole. Note: Ensure tightening to 50 Nm to prevent the Middle Support Tube (8) from loosening. Please tighten this bolt to above 50Nm each time of use to avoid unnecessary shaking during transportation, which could lead to accidental failure.
Step 4: Place the Beam Assembly (5) above into the Bottom Fixing Bracket (2), align the holes, install 4pcs M10*120 Outer Hexagon Bolt (11) and 4pcs M10 Lock Nut (12), and tighten the bolts.
Step 5: Install the adjustable Connecting Block (7) to the Middle Support Tube (8), then tighten the knob from the Connecting Block (7). Note: The Connecting Block (7) should be oriented towards the rear wheel.
Step 6: Align the holes from the Front Wheel Holder (6) and the Beam Assembly (5). Then fix them with the M10*25 Outer Hex Bolt Kit (10). Repeat this step on the other Beam Assembly (5).
Step 7: Align the holes of the folding tube with the holes on the vehicle's 2" hitch receiver. Place a Pin Lock (16), through the Spring Washer and Flat Washer and the aligned holes. Insert the lock head and ensure it is securely fastened.
Folding Steps
Step 1: Loosen the knob and move the Connecting Block (7) upward, rotate the Connecting Block (7) to align parallel with the Middle Support Tube (8).
Step 2: Flip down the Middle Support Tube (8), push the Connecting Block (7) under the Beam Assembly (5) until it locks in place, then tighten the knob.
Step 3: Pull out the safety pin and rotate it 90°. Pull the handle to release the platform assembly, then lift it up until hear a click, indicating it is locked in the folded position.
How to Use the Folding Ramp
Step 1: Open the Folding Ramp (17).
Step 2: Insert the Folding Ramp (17) to the end of the Beam Assembly (5), ensuring the other end of the Folding Ramp (17) touches the ground.
