Installation Guide
Step 1: Safety and IP Rating
[⚠️] Ensure the power supply is switched OFF before proceeding. The luminaire has an IP20 rating by default. For IP40 protection, ensure it is installed in a suitable ceiling with a minimum recess depth of 50mm from the top of the luminaire.
Step 2: Panel Placement
Insert the PANEL COMFORT luminaire into the suspended ceiling grid.
Step 3: Driver Connection
Connect the LED driver to the luminaire's power input connector.
Step 4: Wiring to Mains
Wire the LED driver to the mains power supply. Use wires with a cross-section of 0.75mm² to 2.5mm². Observe polarity and connection markings on the driver.
Step 5: Terminal Connections
Connect the mains supply wires (Live, Neutral, Earth) to the corresponding terminals on the LED driver. The driver features push-in terminals for quick and secure connections. Multiple wires can be connected per terminal if required.
Step 6: Securing the Luminaire
Secure the luminaire within the ceiling grid using the integrated spring clips. Push the clips downwards until they engage with a 'click' sound, ensuring the panel is firmly held in place.
Step 7: Clip Mechanism Detail
The spring clips are designed to rotate approximately 90 degrees to securely lock the panel into the ceiling structure.
Step 8: Final Installation Check
Ensure the panel is flush with the ceiling and all connections are secure.
Step 9: Optional Suspension Mounting
For alternative mounting, a suspension kit can be used to hang the luminaire from the ceiling structure.
Step 10: Ceiling Mounting Warning
[⚠️] Ensure correct and secure mounting to the ceiling structure and verify all electrical connections are made according to safety standards.
Step 11: Optional Switch Connection
If an external ON/OFF switch is used, connect it to the appropriate terminals on the driver.
