Operating Instructions

Positioning

  1. Do not install the appliance in an area where a water jet could be used.
  2. Place the machine on a horizontal and sturdy surface.
  3. Install the appliance in locations where it can be overseen by trained personnel.
  4. For good ventilation, maintain a distance of 7 inches between the unit and walls or other objects. Increase this distance if the obstacles are a heat source. Adjust the legs to ensure the dispenser is level. (See Figure 1)

Figure 1: Illustrates recommended spacing for ventilation.

Assembling

  1. Remove the cover from the tank.
  2. Hang the waste liquid container on the hanging holes on the front panel.
  3. Insert the taps (with gasket) into the tank and through the tap lever.

Electrical Connection

Before plugging into the electrical socket, adhere to the following precautions:

  1. Ensure the machine is properly connected to an efficient grounding system, compliant with current safety standards.
  2. Verify that the voltage matches the "serial number" label on the chassis.
  3. Confirm that the available current is sufficient for the machine's maximum requirement.
  4. If necessary, use only approved multiple outlets that comply with current safety standards.

If in doubt, consult specialized technicians. The machine must be grounded by law.

How To Use:

Before initial use, clean the tanks and taps thoroughly.

Filling

To ensure correct usage, maintain the liquid level in the tank above the 3-4 Qt mark (refer to level lines on the tank). (See Figure 2)

  1. Mix product in a separate container. (See Figure 2)
  2. Ensure the appliance is unplugged before filling the container.
  3. Do not fill the container with hot product.
  4. Do not exceed the "MAX" level line in the tank. (See Figure 3)

Figure 2: Shows mixing product in a separate container.

Figure 3: Indicates the maximum fill line in the tank.

Beverage Temperature Adjustment (FIG.5)

To adjust the temperature for each bowl:

  1. Lift the plastic cover on the left side of the unit. Bowl 1 is on the left when facing the unit.
  2. Turn on the main switch on the right side of the unit. The main power light (A) will illuminate on the digital control.
  3. To set the temperature for bowl 1, press the button marked '1' twice. The indicator lamp under bowl 1 will illuminate, and the current set temperature will flash. Use the arrow keys to set the desired temperature, then press 'set'. The temperature range is 32°F to 50°F.
  4. Repeat this process for bowls 2 and 3 using their respective buttons.
  5. During operation, the unit will automatically display the actual temperature of each bowl for 2 seconds, indicated by the lamp beneath the bowl symbols.
  6. The motor and stirrer for each bowl can be operated independently using the relevant switch on the right side of the unit.
  7. To turn off the cooling for a selected bowl, press and hold the corresponding bowl number button for 3 seconds. "OFF" will display. To turn cooling back on, press and hold the button again for 3 seconds.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Observe the ambient temperature

The appliance is suitable for ambient temperatures between 16°C - 32°C.

Cleaning

For health standards and beverage quality, clean tanks, lids, mixing paddles/pumps, and the refrigerator tank and tap as often as possible.

Caution: Do not clean the appliance with a water jet.

  1. Before cleaning or refilling, unplug the unit.
  2. Do not use abrasive powders, as they may damage the tanks and lid's glossy finish.
  3. Use mild soap and warm water to clean the container, lid, mixing paddles/pump, refrigerator tank, and tap. Rinse thoroughly with water to remove any soap residue.
  4. To maintain flavor quality, leave the dispenser on day and night to prevent deposits.
  5. Empty and clean the waste liquid reservoir regularly.

Caution: Do not use organic solvents (petrol, alcohol, etc.) for cleaning, as this may damage the appliance and create explosive vapors. Avoid using sharp objects for cleaning.

The appliance can be wiped with a damp cloth but should never be immersed in water. Ensure the appliance is completely dry after cleaning.

Disassembling and Assembling the tanks:

To disassemble and assemble tanks or change rubber tank gaskets:

  1. Disconnect the unit by removing the plug.
  2. Remove the cover from the tank.
  3. Remove the mixing paddle from its shaft. For pump disassembly, follow the instructions in the diagram (Figure 6).
  4. Lift the container with both hands using a light, swinging motion. If difficult, wet the cooling column and gasket.
  5. To remove the tap, lift it from its setting.
  6. Replace tank and tap gaskets only with genuine parts from an authorized supplier.

To reassemble, reverse the above steps.
