Step 1: Assemble Drawers

Using a Phillips head screwdriver (not supplied), secure two R (Drawer Front Panel) to two L (Drawer Back Panel) using two S screws each. Align the assembled R-L units with two O (Drawer Base Panel), then secure two M (Drawer Side Panel) and two N (Drawer Side Panel) to the sides using W screws. This will create one drawer. Repeat this process to create another drawer.

Step 2: Attach Lower Supports

Attach the lower front support rail (F) and lower rear support rail (G) to the base frame assembly (A). Attach the drawer slide support structure (J) between them. Secure these components using U screws and the L-shaped tool (Y).

Step 3: Attach Additional Rails

Attach additional support rails to the base frame assembly (A). Secure these components using V screws and the L-shaped tool (Y).

Hardware used: V (x8), Y (x1)

Step 4: Attach Upper Rails and Shelf Supports

Attach the upper front support rail (H) and upper rear support rail (I) to the frame. Attach the drawer side panels (K) which serve as drawer slide supports. Secure these components using U screws and the L-shaped tool (Y).

Step 5: Attach Vertical Frames

Attach the left vertical frame (D) and right vertical frame (E) to the base frame assembly (A). Insert X wooden dowels/pegs into the designated holes on the base frame, then align the vertical frames with these dowels and secure them using T screws and the L-shaped tool (Y).

Step 6: Attach Slat Shelf

Attach the slat shelf (B) between the left vertical frame (D) and right vertical frame (E). Secure the shelf using T screws and the L-shaped tool (Y).

Step 7: Attach Top Surface

Attach the top surface (C) to the top of the left vertical frame (D) and right vertical frame (E). Secure the top surface using T screws and the L-shaped tool (Y).

Step 8: Attach Casters

Insert the swivel casters with brakes (P) into the designated sockets on the bottom of the left vertical frame. Insert the swivel casters (Q) into the designated sockets on the bottom of the right vertical frame. These may push-fit or require screws not explicitly listed for this step.

Step 9: Final View

The assembly is now complete. The kitchen island trolley features a stainless steel top, two shelves, and two drawers.
