Description of the GO GUITAR device: A compact, black portable audio interface with a "GO GUITAR" logo and "TC HELICON" branding. It features a gain control knob, a built-in 1/4" TS instrument cable, and a headphone jack symbol.

Safety Instructions

  • Please read and follow all instructions.
  • Keep the apparatus away from water, except for outdoor products.
  • Clean only with a dry cloth.
  • Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
  • Use only attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
  • Use only specified carts, stands, tripods, brackets, or tables. Use caution to prevent tip-over when moving the cart/apparatus combination.
  • Avoid installing in confined spaces like bookcases.
  • Do not place near naked flame sources, such as lighted candles.
  • Operating temperature range 5° to 45°C (41° to 113°F).

Getting Started

  1. Plug the attached cable into your device's headphone input or lightning adapter.
  2. Plug a pair of headphones into the headphone input.
  3. Connect a guitar or bass via an instrument cable with a 1/4" TS plug.
  4. Connect an amplifier to the amp output via an instrument cable with a 1/4" TS connector.
  5. Move the THRU/FX switch to the FX position to hear the processed guitar or bass sound from the app in your mobile device.
  6. While playing your guitar or bass, turn up the GAIN wheel until you get the optimum input level for the app in your mobile device.
  7. Download your favorite TC Helicon app to begin experimenting with guitar and bass effects.

Battery Warnings

  • Replace all batteries of a set at the same time, ensure the batteries are installed correctly with the regard to polarity (+ and -).
  • Disposal of a battery into fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting of a battery, that can result in an explosion.
  • Leaving a battery in an extremely high temperature surrounding environment that can result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
