GO SOLO

High-Definition Audio/MIDI Interface for Mobile Devices

Getting Started

1. Connect GO SOLO

Connect GO SOLO to a computer, phone, or tablet using the included cables. If using the provided Lightning cable, insert a pair of AA batteries to power GO SOLO, or connect a 5 V power supply (not included) to power GO SOLO and charge your iOS device.

2. Connect Audio Source

Connect a microphone, instrument, or line-level source to the input using XLR or 1/4" cables.

3. Connect Headphones

Plug a pair of headphones into the HEADPHONE output. Set the LEVEL control to minimum to start.

4. Enable Phantom Power

To enable phantom power, move the 48 V power switch to the ON position. The 48 V LED on the front panel will light blue.

5. Adjust Gain

While speaking into the microphone or playing your instrument, turn up the GAIN wheel. The SIG LED should light green to indicate a signal present. If the SIG LED lights red, turn the GAIN wheel down to avoid clipping.

6. Connect MIDI Devices

Connect MIDI devices to the mini 2.5 mm input and output jacks using the included adapter cables.

7. Download App

Download your favorite TC Helicon app to begin experimenting with effects.

Battery Information

⚠️ Batteries (battery pack or batteries installed) shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.

WARNING

As with all small batteries, the batteries used with this product should be kept away from small children who still put things in their mouths. If they are swallowed, promptly call your local poison control center.
Always purchase the correct size and grade of battery most suitable for intended use.
Replace all batteries of a set at the same time.
Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation.
Ensure the batteries are installed correctly with the regard to polarity (+ and -).
Always remove battery if consumed or if product is to be left unused for a long time.
Replacement of a battery with an incorrect type that can defeat a safeguard! Replace only with the same or equivalent type!
Risk of fire or explosion if the battery is replaced by an incorrect type.
Disposal of a battery into fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting of a battery, that can result in an explosion;
Leaving a battery in an extremely high temperature surrounding environment that can result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas; and
A battery subjected to extremely low air pressure that may result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
