Dovetail Tripod Plate V1 Setup
Step 1: Secure Top Plate
Secure the top plate (Not Included) to the 18” Dovetail Tripod Plate using a screwdriver (Not Included), as shown in the accompanying images.

Step 2: Attach to Fluid Head
After attaching the dovetail plate to the top plate, slide it onto the fluid head (Not Included).

Step 3: Lock Plate on Fluid Head
Lock the Dovetail Tripod Plate in place using the locking lever on the fluid head.

Step 4: Attach Camera to Quick Release Plate
Attach the Quick Release Plate (Not Included) to the Camera (Not Included), and tighten it securely using a screwdriver.

Step 5: Mount Camera on Dovetail Plate
Carefully slide the camera, with the quick release plate attached, onto the Dovetail Plate and ensure it is securely locked in place.

Step 6: Secure Camera with Screw
Once the camera is securely attached, remove the safety screw from the dovetail tripod plate using the 3mm Allen key.

Step 7: Reinsert and Tighten Screw
For added security, first remove the screw from the dovetail tripod plate, then reinsert it into the designated safety lock point on the top of the plate. Use the 3mm Allen key to tighten the screw into the Dovetail Tripod Plate lock, as shown in the image.

Setup Complete
The setup is now ready to use.

The warranty does not cover transportation costs or damage resulting from misuse or accidental damage. Warranty repairs are subject to inspection and evaluation by PROAIM.
