General Warnings:
- Read and understand all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious personal injury.
- Do not allow liquids to enter the magnetic wireless charger. This could cause electric shock.
- To reduce the risk of burns, use only the included cable and power adapter.
- Do not place other metal objects on the magnetic wireless charger.
- The magnetic wireless charger is designed only for charging MagSafe-compatible devices. Other uses may pose a risk of fire, electric shock, or electrocution.
- When cleaning, ensure the charger is unplugged. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not expose the charger to rain or snow.
- Use outdoors only in dry locations.
- Do not use if the charger has been dropped, impacted, or damaged.
- Do not disassemble the charger; there are no user-serviceable parts.
Charging Procedure
1. Insert the Type C end of the charging cable into the power source. If the power source has a USB port, place the USB adapter on the Type C connector before plugging into the USB port.
NOTE: For best results, a 20W or higher output charger is recommended.
2. Insert the Type C end of the charging cable into the port of the Magnetic Wireless Charger.
3. Align the Magnetic Wireless Charger with the charging coil on the back of your iPhone 12 series or newer.
NOTE: Only compatible with MagSafe cases. Remove non-MagSafe cases before charging.
Mounting Procedure
Using 3M Adhesive:
- Peel off the protective paper from one side of the adhesive sticker and firmly adhere it to the back of the wall-mount bracket.
- Peel off the protective paper from the second side of the adhesive sticker and adhere it firmly to the desired mounting location.
Using 4mm/M4 Screws:
- Screw the wall-mount bracket into the wall using two 4mm/M4 screws and drywall anchors.
NOTE: Charging can still take place from the mounted position.
Important Charging Notes
- For longest life and best performance, charge the device when the ambient air temperature is between 65°F and 75°F (18°–24°C). Do not charge in temperatures below +40°F (+4.5°C) or above +105°F (+40.5°C).
- The charger and device may become warm during charging; this is normal. To facilitate cooling after use, avoid placing the charger in a warm environment like a metal shed or uninsulated trailer.
- If the charger is not charging properly:
- Check the receptacle by plugging in a lamp or other appliance.
- Check if the receptacle is connected to a light switch that turns off power when the lights are turned off.
- Move the charging pad to a location where the ambient air temperature is approximately 65°F–75°F (18°–24°C).
- Keep conductive foreign materials (e.g., grinding dust, metal chips, steel wool, aluminum foil) away from the charger.
- Unplug the charger before cleaning.
- Do not freeze or immerse the charger in water or any other liquid.
Storage Recommendations
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- For long-term storage, a cool, dry place is recommended for optimal results.
