Important Safety Notices
- Always use proper tools.
- Follow the assembly steps in order. Do not skip any steps.
- Be sure to check all packing materials carefully for small parts that may have come loose inside the carton during shipment. If parts are missing, contact the retailer from which you purchased the product to obtain any missing parts. DO NOT USE SUBSTITUTE PARTS.
- Periodically check to ensure that all connectors (bolts, screws, etc.) are tight.
- Keep the instructions for future reference.
- Some assembly may involve attaching glass or mirrors. Be very careful handling the glass or mirrors, as severe injury may result if the glass or mirror breaks. Never handle large pieces of glass or mirrors by yourself.
- When assembling products that have electric cords (lamps, light, etc.), always (1) make sure the electrical cord is unplugged before assembly and (2) be careful not to twist the electrical cord during assembly.
- When assembling shelves or entertainment centers, do not stand on lower shelves in order to assemble upper shelves – use a step ladder.
- Do not stand on tables, including but not limited to, end tables, coffee tables, and dinner tables, as tables are not to support the weight of a person.
- Where assembly instructions state that the assembly requires two or more people, do not attempt by yourself as there is a risk of injury.

Assembly Instructions
Important Assembly Notes:
- This unit should be assembled by two or more people.
- Do not tighten any bolts until all bolts have been started.
Step 1: Prepare Base and Attach Legs
Place part A (base panel) on a protected surface. Attach the four legs (part D) to the underside of part A using the provided hardware (part J). Ensure legs are securely fastened but do not overtighten at this stage. [Diagram shows legs D attaching to base A using hardware J].
Step 2: Attach Side Supports to Base
Take the base assembly from Step 1. Attach two decorative side supports (part C) to each side of the base panel (part A) using screws (part H). Refer to the diagrams for correct placement. A detailed view shows how part J hardware connects part H screws to part C and A. [Diagram shows side supports C attaching to base A with screws H and hardware J].
Step 3: Attach Top Panel and Lower Support
Position the top panel (part B) onto the assembled side supports (part C). Secure the top panel using screws (part H) and potentially other hardware from pack J. Attach the lower back panel/support (part F) to the rear of the unit, connecting it to the base and side supports using screws (part G). [Diagram shows top panel B attaching to C, and lower support F attaching to the unit using screws G].
Step 4: Insert Shelf
Slide the shelf panel (part E) into the designated slots or supports within the assembled unit. Ensure it is level and fully seated. [Diagram shows shelf E being inserted into the unit].
Step 5: Install Anti-Tip Restraint
For safety, it is crucial to install the included anti-tip restraint. Follow the specific instructions provided on the plastic bag containing the restraint hardware. This device helps reduce, but does not eliminate, the risk of furniture tip-over. [Diagram shows the anti-tip restraint hardware being attached to the unit and a wall].
