Praxis Works M30 Bottom Bracket Installation and Warranty
Safety Information
Read this information before riding.
Professional installation by a qualified bicycle technician is recommended due to the need for specific tools and experience.
Carefully read the service instructions for your crankset prior to installing these parts. Loose, worn, or damaged parts can lead to riding problems and serious injury. Incorrect installation or adjustments may cause the chain to come off, leading to falls and potential injury. Keep these instructions for future reference.
Installation Precautions:
- Ensure the BB30/PF30 frame shell is clean. For BB30 frames, remove c-clips and bearings to ensure the shell is empty.
- For Conversion BBs: Ensure the black O-ring is on the Non-Drive Cup before pressing it into the Non-Drive side.
- Apply Anti-Seize to the drive cup threads and smooth taper area before installation.
- Before riding, check the bottom bracket connection for any play or looseness. Periodically retighten crankarms and pedals.
- If any looseness or 'play' is felt in the bearings, the bottom bracket requires inspection or replacement.
- Read the instructions for your front chainrings/crank in conjunction with these service instructions.
- Do not wash the bottom bracket with high-pressure water jets.
- For maximum performance, remove, inspect, and clean your Praxis Works bottom bracket periodically.
Parts are not guaranteed against natural wear or deterioration from normal use.
For installation, adjustment, maintenance, or operation questions, contact a professional bicycle dealer or Praxis Works.
Praxis Works is not responsible for damages or injuries related to improperly installed components.
