- Ensure the BSA frame shell is clean.
- Apply Anti-Seize compound to the drive cup threads and smooth taper area before installation.
- Before riding, check for any play or looseness in the bottom bracket connection. Periodically retighten crankarms and pedals.
- If looseness or 'play' is felt in the bearings, the bottom bracket should be inspected or replaced.
- Always read crankset instructions in conjunction with these bottom bracket instructions.
- Do not wash the bottom bracket with high-pressure water jets.
- For maximum performance, periodically remove, inspect, and clean your Praxis Works bottom bracket.
- Parts are not guaranteed against natural wear or deterioration from normal use.

Warranty
Praxis Works Bottom Bracket products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for two years from the original purchase date. This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
Any modification (e.g., drilling, grinding, painting) will void the warranty. The warranty does not cover 'abused' or neglected products, or those damaged by improper installation.
Praxis Works' liability is limited to free repair or replacement of the product at their option. Praxis Works is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, except as required by law.

Bottom Bracket Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation:
- Frame Preparation: Ensure the frame shell is clean.
- Apply Lubricant: Apply grease or anti-seize to the frame and BB cup threads.
- Install Drive Cup: Thread the Right/Drive cup into the frame's Right/Drive side. Locate and follow directional arrows on the cup.
- Install Non-Drive Cup: Thread the Left/Non-Drive cup with the attached moisture seal into the frame's Left/Non-Drive side. Locate and follow directional arrows on the cup.
- Torque Cups: Tighten both cups to 40Nm using a Praxis M30 Tool.
- Install Dust Covers: Refer to the 'BB Dust Cover Guide' for the correct dust covers for your crank. Lightly grease the underside of the dust covers and place them over the bearings with logos facing outward.
Note: The included 2 Cup Spacers (item 3 & 5) are specifically for MTN bike cranks on 68mm wide frames.

This guide helps determine the correct dust covers and spacers for various Praxis M30 crank and frame combinations.

- DM: Direct Mount Spider (Removable Spider)
- NON-DM: Not Direct Mount Spider (Pressed-On Spider)
