Product Overview and Instructions

1. 1. Charging

   Charges via USB-C port. Battery indicator will flash while vibrator is charging.

2. 2. On/Off

   Long press "S" button for 2 seconds.

   Note: When turning on the product, it will enter standby mode and search to connect with the SVAKOM App on a smart device. To control the product manually, single press the "S" button and it will enter the default mode.

3. 3. Travel Lock

   Travel Lock On: When vibrator is off, long press "▲" and "▼" buttons simultaneously for 8 seconds until lights flash. Vibrator will stay turned off after it is locked.

   Travel Lock Off: Option 1: Long press "▲" and "▼" buttons simultaneously for 8 seconds until lights flash. Option 2: Charge vibrator. In both situations, vibrator will stay turned off after it is unlocked.

4. 4. Battery Level

   When vibrator is on, battery indicator shows amount of charge remaining. To view this when vibrator is off, single press "S" button.

5. 5. Choosing Internal &/or External Vibration

   In default mode, only the shaft vibrates. Double press "S" button to use stimulator only, then again to use shaft and stimulator together.

6. 6. Switching Vibration Intensity

   Single press "▲" button to increase intensity.

   Single press "▼" button to decrease intensity.

   Note: The memory function will cause the toy to resume on the last vibration mode used. Intensity will always start at level 1.

8. 8. Intelligent Mode On/Off

   When vibrator is on, short press "S" button for 2 seconds. Intelligent Mode mimics the rhythm of sexual intercourse via automatic changes in vibration mode and increases in intensity over 4 minutes.

   Long press " ) " button for 2 seconds.

    Single press " ) " button. At intensity 3, single press to pause, press again to start at level 1.

    For additional product settings, customization, long-distance and short-range control, as well as partner interaction, download the SVAKOM App from the Apple Store or Google Play. Use your smart device camera to scan the relevant QR code for the latest version. (A list of compatible devices can be found at www.connexionseries.com.)

    With Bluetooth enabled on your compatible smart device, turn on your SVAKOM product. Open the SVAKOM App and your SVAKOM product will connect automatically.

Before using the product, remove any jewelry/piercings on the usage area. If you experience any discomfort or feel unwell when using this product, cease usage immediately.

Before using the product, please read the following information and then ensure your compliance.

Safety Information

• Keep the product out of reach of children and pets as some parts may cause choking.
• Anyone aged under 18 should not use this product.
• Check the materials listed on the packaging and avoid any you may be allergic to.
• Avoid sharing the product with others as this could lead to illnesses and/or infections.
• Do not use the product on damaged skin or anywhere experiencing irritation.
• Do not expose the product to extreme temperatures (i.e. freezing or heat).

Care and Storage

• Before using your new SVAKOM product, allow it to fully charge.
• Before and after each use, clean the product: Wash the product with toy cleaner or mild, unscented soap and fresh warm water less than 45°C/113°F. Then, rinse the product with fresh warm water. Finally, pat the product dry with a clean lint-free towel or soft cloth, or allow to air dry.
• To prevent product damage, ensure no water contacts the battery compartment.
• Do not use any cleaning agent containing alcohol, gasoline, or acetone on the product as these substances may damage the materials.
• Allow the product to cool down after every use before storing it away.
• Store the product in a clean, cool and dry place. Be aware that moisture can damage the batteries and motor, and that the product should be kept away from direct sunlight and long-time exposure to high temperatures.
• To prevent chemical reactions between the product and other items, do not store it in direct contact with various materials, especially plastics. Use the storage pouch if included with the product.

WARNING!

• The only safe lubricant to use with this product is water-based.
• The use of non-water-based lubricant may cause deterioration of the product. Deterioration can provide breeding grounds for harmful bacteria which may lead to irritation and/or infections when the product is used on the body.
• Do not use the product with silicone-based lubricant, oils, or lotions as this may damage the materials. The list of incompatible substances also includes, but is not limited to, suntan lotion, sunscreen, lip care products, essential oils, coconut oil, and edible oils of all types.
• Do not use massage oil or hand cream as lubricant because this can lead to irritation and/or infection.

Battery Maintenance

• This product uses rechargeable batteries. Allow the battery two hours to charge and discharge to perform at its maximum potential.
• A battery can be charged or discharged over 100 times before reaching full maturity. After fully charging the battery, the product should be disconnected from the charger. This is because overcharging can cause a reduction in the overall battery life.
• When left idle, a fully charged battery will gradually lose its charge.
• If the product is left in a location which is either too hot or too cold, there will be a reduction in the overall battery life and the battery capacity. When too hot or too cold, the battery life will be shorter even on a full charge.
• Do not puncture or damage the battery. If the battery is damaged, refrain from using the product. Use of a damaged battery can cause fires and/or cause the product to explode.
• Do not attempt to remove or replace the battery. Replacing with an improper battery for the product can lead to malfunction and/or injury and/or explosion.

Adapters/Chargers

The power adapter/charger included with the product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with limited physical, sensory, or mental abilities or those who lack experience and/or knowledge, unless they are supervised by a responsible person or have been instructed in the proper use of the power adapter/charger.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the power adapter/ charger or individual parts thereof.

Disposal

When discarding packaging, recycle wherever possible - try to avoid unnecessary disposal of recyclable items. Old devices must be taken to the appropriate collection points according to your local legislation and Directives 2012/19/EC and 2006/66/EC.

The symbol of the crossed-out garbage can on wheels (☑) shows that this product must be taken to an e-waste collection point for disposal so that it can be recycled optimally.

Batteries do not belong in household waste. As a consumer, you are under legal obligation to turn in used batteries. You can do this at public collection points or places where batteries are sold.

Batteries that contain harmful substances are marked with the symbol and one of the following chemical symbols:

• Pb = Battery contains more than 0.004 percent lead by mass,
• Cd = Battery contains more than 0.002 percent cadmium by mass or
• Hg = Battery contains more than 0.0005 percent mercury by mass.

Lithium batteries and battery packs for all systems can only be turned in at collection points if they have been discharged. To prevent short-circuits in event of incomplete discharging, the poles on these types of batteries should be insulated using a substance such as adhesive tape before the batteries are returned.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SVAKOM, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PLEASURE, DISCOMFORT, PRODUCT MALFUNCTION, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE PRODUCT; (II) ANY ELECTRICAL OR BATTERY MALFUNCTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO OVERHEATING, LEAKAGE, OR EXPLOSION; (III) ANY UNINTENDED PHYSICAL EFFECTS OR DISCOMFORT RESULTING FROM PRODUCT USAGE; (IV) ANY DAMAGES OR INJURIES CAUSED BY IMPROPER USE, STORAGE, OR HANDLING OF THE PRODUCT; AND (V) ANY MISREPRESENTATIONS OR MISUNDERSTANDINGS ABOUT THE PRODUCT'S FUNCTIONALITY OR PURPOSE.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, SVAKOM'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT (FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION), WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU'VE PAID SVAKOM FOR THIS PRODUCT.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, SVAKOM'S LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

SVAKOM HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SECTION SHALL SURVIVE ANY TERMINATION OR EXPIRATION OF THIS MANUAL OR YOUR USE OF THE SVAKOM PRODUCT.

Intellectual Property Rights Notice

This product, encompassing its design, technologies, trademark, associated branding, and all related materials, hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Protected Elements", are the exclusive property of SVAKOM. The Protected Elements are protected by international intellectual property laws and treaties, including but not limited to, copyright laws, patent laws, trademark laws, trade secret laws, and design rights.

Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, dissemination, or any form of duplication of the Protected Elements, either in part or in full, without the express prior written consent of SVAKOM, is strictly prohibited. This prohibition applies, but is not limited to, any reproduction, redistribution, or retransmission of any of the Protected Elements, as well as the unauthorized use, copying, or adoption of SVAKOM's unique designs, technologies, trademarks, or any related branding.

SVAKOM vigilantly enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law. Any individual or entity found to infringe upon SVAKOM's intellectual property rights, either willfully or inadvertently, shall be subject to legal action, which may include claims for damages, injunctive relief, legal fees, and other remedies as provided under applicable laws.

Should you wish to use or otherwise leverage any of the Protected Elements, you are required to seek and obtain a formal licensing agreement or written permission from SVAKOM prior to any such use. Failure to do so may result in legal implications.

Product Name: Trysta Neo, is in compliance with the essential requirements and other relevant provisions of Directive 2014/53/EU. In accordance with Article 10(2) and Article 10(10), this product is allowed to be used in all EU member states.

Use Trysta Neo in the environment with the temperature between -10°C and +50°C.

SAR: The device complies with RF specifications when the device is used at 5mm from your body.

There is a risk of explosion if the battery is replaced by an incorrect type. Dispose of used batteries according to the instructions.
