1. Charging

Pinhole Charging Port

Before using a new SVAKOM device, please fully charge the device. Clean the device with mild unscented soap before using it on your body.

2. ON/OFF

Stimulator Control:

• Press and hold the "S" button for 2 seconds to turn the stimulator ON. (Default vibration mode is M1 at intensity L3)
• Press and hold the "S" button for 2 seconds to turn the stimulator OFF.

Remote Control Operation:

• Press and hold the "S" button for 2 seconds to enter standby mode.

Important Note: The remote control cannot turn on the stimulator. If using the remote control, ensure the stimulator is turned on first. Pressing the "S" button for 2 seconds enters standby mode. If there is no operation within 30 minutes, the stimulator will turn off automatically. Pressing any button on the remote control will activate the vibration.

3. Vibration Intensities (5)

Stimulator Control:

Single-click the "S" button to switch vibration intensity.

Remote Control Operation:

• Single-click the "▲" button to increase intensity.
• Single-click the "▼" button to decrease intensity.

Note: The default intensity is L3.

4. Vibration Modes (7+1)

Stimulator Control:

Double-click the "S" button to switch vibration modes.

Remote Control Operation:

• Double-click the "▲" button to enter the next mode.
• Click the "S" button to enter SVAKOM Intelligent Mode (when not in S mode).
• Double-click the "S" button to repeat SVAKOM Intelligent Mode (when in S mode).
• Double-click the "▼" button to enter the previous mode.

Note: SVAKOM Intelligent Mode is not available when using the stimulator without the remote control.

Note: The default vibration mode is M1.

5. Status Display

Safety Information

General Precautions:

• Keep out of reach of small children and minors. Some parts may cause choking.
• Do not use on damaged skin or areas with irritation.
• Avoid sharing the device with others to prevent illness and infections.
• Be mindful of materials listed on product packaging to avoid allergic reactions.
• Do not expose the product to extreme temperatures (freezing/heat).
• Pay close attention to caution and safety notes to avoid injury. Failure to do so is at your own risk.
• SVAKOM is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by improper use or failure to follow safety instructions.

Care and Storage Instructions:

• Allow the product to cool down after each use before storing.
• Prepare thoroughly before using the device. Failure to prepare properly can lead to injury. Use liberal amounts of water-based lubricant. If you experience pain or intense discomfort during use, remove the device immediately. If you notice any signs of bleeding, consult a doctor immediately.
• Store the product in a clean, cool, and dry place. Moisture can damage batteries and motors. Avoid direct sunlight.
• To prevent chemical reactions, store this product separately. Do not store with products made from various materials.

Important Notes:

• Do not use massage oil or hand cream as a lubricant.
• Do not use silicone-based lubricants, as they can damage the product.
• Do not use cleaning agents containing alcohol, gasoline, or acetone.
• Avoid direct sunlight and prolonged exposure to high temperatures.

Battery Maintenance:

• This product uses rechargeable batteries. Allow new batteries two to three hours to charge and discharge for maximum potential.
• A battery can be charged or discharged over 100 times before reaching full maturity. Disconnect from charger after full charge to prevent overcharging, which can reduce battery life.
• A fully charged battery will gradually lose its charge when idle.
• Battery life and capacity will be reduced if the device is stored in extreme temperatures (too hot or too cold).

Battery Warning:

• Do not puncture or damage the battery. If damaged, do not use the device. Damaged batteries can cause fires or explosions.

Adapter/Charger Notes:

• The power adapter/charger is not intended for use by individuals with limited physical, sensory, or mental abilities, or those lacking experience/knowledge, unless supervised or instructed by a responsible person. Supervise children to ensure they do not play with the adapter/charger or its parts.

Disposal Information:

• Recycle packaging materials and old devices where possible. Dispose of old devices at appropriate collection points according to local legislation and directives (2012/19/EC and 2006/66/EC).
• The crossed-out garbage bin symbol (☑) indicates that the product must be taken to an e-waste collection point for optimal recycling.
• Batteries should not be disposed of as household waste. Return used batteries to public collection points or battery retailers. Batteries containing harmful substances are marked with a symbol and chemical symbols (Pb, Cd, Hg).
• Lithium batteries and battery packs must be fully discharged before returning to collection points. Insulate battery poles with tape to prevent short circuits.

SVAKOM products have passed EU ROHS certification and meet EU CE Directive and WEEE Directive. SVAKOM products are "Green" and meet official safety and environmental protection standards issued by agencies in Europe and North America.

Additional Information: EU CE Directive and WEEE Directive are referred to as "Twin Directives for Environmental Protection" or "Double Green Directives" and are used to restrict hazardous substances in electronic products, including lead, cadmium, and mercury. ROHS stands for "Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances"; and WEEE stands for "Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment". Products meeting the standards of these directives can be advertised as "Green Products".

EU CE Directive: This is the collective name for a series of product standards issued by the European Union. Companies complying with the standard may apply for the CE certification mark on their products and labeling. SVAKOM products exceed the standards set by these directives and are authorized to use the mark identifying that the products comply with all EU requirements.

Vick declares that this model No: SPM-03W.

Product Name: Vick complies with the essential requirements and other relevant provisions of Directive 2014/30/EU. In accordance with Article 10(2) and Article 10(10), this product is allowed to be used in all EU member states.

Use Vick in an environment with a temperature between 0°C and +40°C.

Risk of explosion if the battery is replaced by an incorrect type. Dispose of used batteries according to the instructions.

The product shall only be connected to a USB interface of USB2.0 version.

SAR: The device complies with RF specifications when the device is used at 5mm from your body.
