Submersible Design: Conforming to European rating IP68, the HT Series 2.0 provides the highest submersibility rating of any two-way portable radio. It can withstand total immersion in water to a depth of 5 metres for 1 hour, making it extremely resistant to corrosion and suitable for harsh environments.

Commercial Grade Construction: Exceeding MIL STD 810C/D/E/F ratings, the HT Series 2.0 is built for tough, enduring performance. It is designed to withstand shock, vibration, dust, and moisture, ensuring reliable operation in the most demanding conditions.

Versatile Functionality: Users can choose from simple speech communication models or more advanced variants with features like selective calling, advanced signalling, and text messaging. The range includes models with ATEX and IECEx certifications for use in hazardous environments.

Intelligent Lithium-Ion Battery: Equipped with the latest technology, these batteries feature built-in charge cycle monitoring, extended duty cycles, and no memory effect. They store a charge up to three times longer than traditional Nicad batteries.

Certifications: The HT Series 2.0 includes models certified for ATEX Approved IIC (meeting the stringent IICT4 rating) and ATEX Approved IIA (meeting IIA T4 with 4 watts RF power). IECEx certified intrinsically safe portables are also available for users who do not need to comply with the European ATEX standard.
