Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Insert 2x cam lock screws (101345) into the pre-drilled holes on the long panels (127101). Insert 2x dowels (118331) into the other pre-drilled holes on the same panels. Repeat for all 4 long panels.
Step 2
Take the bottom panel. Attach the two side leg frames by inserting dowels (118331) into the corresponding holes and securing with screws (100481). Repeat for the other side.
Step 3
Insert cam lock housings (124639) into the large holes on the side panels. Ensure the arrow on the housing points towards the cam lock screw.
Step 4
Attach the back panel. Slide the back panel into the grooves on the side panels.
Step 5
Connect the side panels to the bottom panel. Turn the cam lock housings (124639) clockwise with a screwdriver ? to secure the cam lock screws (101345).
Step 6
Place the top panel onto the assembled structure. Secure it by turning the cam lock housings (124639) clockwise.
Step 7
Attach the drawer runners (122166) to the inside of the side panels using screws (110853). Ensure they are oriented correctly. Repeat for the other side.
Step 8
Attach the remaining parts of the drawer runners (106699) to the sides of the assembled drawers using screws (110853). Ensure correct orientation.
Step 9
Insert dowels (118331) into the drawer side panels.
Step 10
Insert cam lock screws (101345) into the drawer front/back panels. Attach the cam lock housings (124639) to the drawer side panels. Connect the drawer front/back panels to the side panels and secure by turning the cam lock housings.
Step 11
Attach the remaining parts of the drawer runners (106699) to the sides of the assembled drawers using screws (110853). Ensure correct orientation.
Step 12
Slide the drawer bottom panel into the grooves of the assembled drawer frame.
Step 13
Connect the drawer sides to the drawer front and back panels using dowels (101345) and cam lock screws/housings.
Step 14
Secure the drawer front and back panels to the drawer sides using cam locks.
Step 15
Secure the drawer structure by inserting cam lock screws (102509) into the pre-drilled holes.
Step 16
Insert screws (101345) into the pre-drilled holes on the drawer structure.
Step 17
Attach drawer handles using screws (100218) and the provided tool (100001).
Step 18
Slide the assembled drawers into the desk frame, aligning them with the runners.
Step 19
Attach the crossbars to the legs using screws.
Step 20
Attach the drawer support rails to the inside of the desk frame.
Step 21
Place the assembled drawer unit into the main desk frame.
Step 22
Secure the drawer unit to the desk frame using screws (1817001, 7x shown in diagram).
Step 23
Place the desk top onto the assembled frame. Secure it by turning the cam lock housings (123603, 112818, 123602) clockwise.
Step 24
Attach the drawer front panels to the drawer boxes using dowels (101345) and screws (101345).
Step 25
Attach the drawer fronts to the drawer boxes.
Step 26
Attach hinges (109534) to the drawer fronts using screws (100001).
Step 27
Attach the drawer fronts with hinges to the desk frame. The hinges click into place. ? Click!
Step 28
Insert the assembled drawers into the desk. Secure the drawer fronts with screws (105021).
