Samsung Galaxy Trade-In Promotion (September 2025)
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the Samsung "September Trade-In" promotional campaign in Poland.
Promotion Overview
Samsung Electronics Polska is conducting a promotional campaign, "September Trade-In Promotion" (Wrześniowa Promocja w Programie Odkup). This initiative allows customers to purchase select Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets and participate in a trade-in program facilitated by Foxway.
Key Campaign Details:
- Organizer: Samsung Electronics Polska Sp. z o.o.
- Trade-in Partner: Foxway
- Promotional Agency: Smolar Agencja Promocyjno-Reklamowa sp. z o.o.
- Promotion Period: September 4, 2025, 00:00 to September 28, 2025, 23:59 (order and purchase dates).
- Eligible Products:
- Samsung Galaxy S25 series smartphones (Galaxy S25, S25+, S25 Ultra, S25FE)
- Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7, Galaxy Z Flip7 series
- Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 series tablets (Galaxy Tab S11, Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra)
- Benefit: Customers can trade in their eligible used device for a value determined by Foxway, based on the device's condition and model.
How to Participate
To be eligible for the promotion, participants must complete the following steps:
- Purchase an eligible Samsung Galaxy product from an authorized Partner Handlowy during the promotion period.
- Activate the new device using a Polish SIM card for at least 5 minutes and accept the End User License Agreement (EULA) by October 19, 2025, 23:59.
- Log in to the Samsung Members application on the activated device with a Samsung Account.
- Complete the Promotional Form within the Samsung Members app by October 19, 2025. This requires uploading proof of purchase (scan) and order confirmation.
- Following purchase verification and receipt of a promotional code, complete the Trade-In Form on the Foxway website (samsungodkup.foxway.tech) by October 19, 2025.
Program Odkup (Trade-In Program)
Managed by Foxway, this program allows participants to sell their used, eligible Samsung devices. Foxway sets the selling price based on the device's model and condition.
Device Requirements for Trade-In:
The device must be in working condition, meaning it:
- Powers on and off.
- Has a functional screen and charging port.
- Is not blocked or locked.
- Does not have screen damage (e.g., burn-in, dead pixels, non-functional touch screen).
The total number of trade-in benefits available is limited to 1000 units.

Important Notes
- The trade-in price offered by Foxway is determined by Foxway and is subject to change. The price valid on the day the participant submits the completed Trade-In Form is binding, pending final verification of the device's condition.
- Participants are encouraged to check the trade-in value for their specific smartphone model on the Foxway website before proceeding.
- Personal data will be processed by Samsung Electronics Polska, Foxway, and Smolar in compliance with data protection regulations (RODO).

Note: The RTV EURO AGD outlet at Annopol Warszawa and euro.com.pl/cms/outlet.bhtml are excluded. Purchases from Empik Marketplace stores are not valid; only purchases with an Empik S.A. invoice qualify.
