Assembly Instructions

  1. Turn the Leg upside down to make it stand on its own by using the cushioning material (upper side) in which the main body was packed. Assemble the right and left legs.

[Visual: A leg component is shown standing upright on a piece of foam packaging material.]

  2. Fix the Caster holder to the Leg. Secure it with the 3 screws (M5x15). Assemble the right and left legs.

[Visual: A caster holder is positioned onto the leg and secured with three screws.]

  3. Remove the cushioning material and turn the legs back in their original direction.

[Visual: The leg assembly, now with caster holders attached, is shown upright after the foam packaging is removed.]

  4. Turn the casters inward. ✅

[Visual: Two views of a caster wheel. One labeled 'OK' shows the wheel turned inward towards the leg assembly. The other labeled 'No good' shows the wheel turned outward.]

  5. Use the cushioning materials (upper side) again to make the legs (Right and Left) stand on their own. 1. Push the cushioning material until it touches the legs. 2. Push the cushioning material until it touches the floor.

[Visual: The leg assembly is placed on cushioning material. Arrows indicate pushing the cushioning material firmly against the leg and then against the floor for stability.]

  6. Attach the screws (M5x15) with a gap between. Assemble the right and left legs.

[Visual: Screws are being inserted into the leg assembly. A highlighted area shows that a small gap should be maintained between certain parts.]

Pay attention to the installation position. ?

  7. Attach the Leg stay to the left and right legs. 1. Hook the leg stay onto the screws installed in step 6. 2. Tighten the screw temporarily (just tighten lightly).

[Visual: A leg stay is being attached to the leg assembly by hooking it onto screws previously installed.]

Attach the leg stay so that the openings of the left and right legs are on the inside. ?

  8. Lock the casters. ⚙️

[Visual: A close-up of the caster mechanism, indicating a locking feature.]

  9. Attach the Base plate L/R. Fix the base plate to the leg with 2 screws (M5x15) while pushing it in the direction indicated by arrow. Attach it so that the bearing is on the outside. ➡️

[Visual: A base plate is being attached to the leg using screws. An arrow shows the direction of attachment, and a note indicates the bearing should face outward.]

  10. Attach the roll bars. Set the roll bar on top of the bearing installed. Set the roll bar with four collars so that it is on the outside. ↔️

[Visual: Roll bars are placed onto bearings. Collars are shown positioned on the outer sides of the roll bars.]

  11. Mount the Main unit on the legs. 1. Align the protruding part of the leg with the hole on the bottom of the main unit (the mark on the side of the main unit is a guide) and insert. 2. Make sure that the rubber foot on the bottom of the unit is set on the leg. 3. Set the other side in the same way.

[Visual: The main unit is being lowered onto the leg assembly. Alignment is shown between a leg's protrusion and a hole on the main unit's base. A rubber foot on the main unit is shown resting on the leg.]

The unit should be lifted by two or more people. ⚠️

  12. Push the main unit to the front side and fix it to the leg with 2 screws (M5x20). Push the main unit toward the front side until there is no gap between the protrusion on the rear side of the leg and the insertion hole on the bottom of the main unit and secure it. Set the other side in the same way. ➡️

[Visual: The main unit is pushed forward onto the legs. A close-up view highlights that there should be no gap between the leg's rear protrusion and the main unit's base hole.]

Tighten the fixing screws until the convex part of the leg lightly touches the bottom of the side plate GR. Take care not to over-tighten the screws. ⚠️

[Visual: A detailed view showing the leg's convex part making light contact with the bottom of the side plate GR.]
