Usage Precautions
The laser engraving machine uses a high-density laser beam to irradiate the material, causing the material surface to generate high temperatures, aiming to gasify the material without combustion. However, most materials are inherently flammable and may ignite, leading to open flames that could damage the machine and its surroundings.
Please follow these operating principles:
- Do not place the machine near flammable or explosive items, volatile solvents, or heat sources. Store it in a well-ventilated, cool, and dust-free environment.
- During installation, use only the attached power cord. Do not substitute it with other power cords.
- When the power is off, regularly clean the machine body and laser module with a dry cloth.
- The laser operates within a temperature range of 0°C-35°C. Operation at sub-zero temperatures is prohibited. Avoid using the machine in wet environments or during thunderstorms.
- If the machine is not used for a long time, turn it off and unplug the power cord.
- When the machine is connected to power, do not touch electronic areas with your hands or other tools.
- While the machine is running, do not touch any moving parts or the laser module.
- Before engraving, place a flat object that the laser cannot penetrate, such as an aluminum alloy or stainless steel plate, on the workbench, and then place the material to be processed.
- Wear goggles to prevent vision damage from exposure to the laser spot during laser engraving.
- Laser engraving may produce a small amount of smoke or odor. It is recommended to operate in a well-ventilated area.
- Children under 10 years old should not use this product without adult supervision to prevent personal injury.
- Keep fire extinguishers ready and maintain them regularly. Never leave the machine unattended while it is running.
- Users must comply with the laws and regulations of the country and region where the equipment is located, abide by professional ethics, pay attention to safety obligations, and strictly prohibit the use of our products or equipment for any illegal purposes. Creality will not be responsible for any violator's legal liability under any circumstance.
