Tubing Preparation

Prepare Alupex tubing for fitting installation:

• Cut tubing to length at a precise 90° angle.
• Use a saw, deburring tool, and measuring tool.

Tubing is rated for maximum 6 bar pressure and 95°C temperature.

Assembly

Assemble fittings onto Alupex tubing:

1. Slide fitting components (nut, ring) onto the tube.
2. Slide fitting body onto the tube end.
3. Hand-tighten the fitting nut.
4. Securely tighten with an appropriate wrench (e.g., 1/2" - 1" size).

• Avoid incorrect assembly procedures [prohibited action].

• Note any warnings or important information [warning].

Operating Conditions

For Danfoss fittings with Alupex tubing:

• Maximum Pressure (P_max): 6 bar
• Maximum Temperature (T_max): 95°C
