If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is damaged, it must be exclusively replaced by the manufacturer, their service agent, or a similarly qualified person to avoid hazards. If you are uncertain, please contact IKEA.

Different materials require different types of fittings. Always choose screws and plugs that are specially suited to the material.

To reduce the risk of strangulation, the flexible wiring connected to this luminaire must be effectively fixed to the wall if the wiring is within arm's reach.

Assembly Instructions

Please ensure you have all parts before starting assembly.

Step 1: Prepare the Clamp and Bracket

Take the wall bracket and the clamp mechanism. Attach the clamp mechanism to the lamp arm. Insert the main mounting screw through the clamp.

Step 2: Mount to Wall

Position the wall bracket on the desired wall surface. The maximum material thickness for attachment is 35 mm (1.4 inches).

Insert the screw through the wall bracket and into the clamp mechanism.

Step 3: Secure the Clamp

Tighten the screw to firmly secure the clamp to the wall bracket. Ensure it is snug but do not overtighten.

Step 4: Attach Lamp Arm

Slide the lamp arm assembly onto the mounted wall bracket and secure it.

Step 5: Important Mounting Precautions

Ensure the lamp is mounted securely to a suitable surface. The following mounting methods are NOT recommended:

• Mounting on curtain rods.
• Mounting on bed frames.
• Mounting on pipes.

Step 6: Install Light Bulb

Insert the appropriate light bulb into the socket. Turn clockwise to tighten.

Step 7: Final Adjustments

Check and tighten any fittings or screws as necessary to ensure the lamp is stable and secure.
