Pixsys ATR264 Cycle Temperature Controller
Overview
The ATR264 is a 1/8 DIN (approximately 1.88 x 1.88 inches) cycle temperature controller designed for precision thermal processing applications such as ovens, kilns, dryers, and heat treatment systems. It features PID control, support for programmable profiles, and a range of configurable outputs including relays, SSRs, and analog retransmission.
Designed for flexibility and ease of use, the ATR264 allows the programming of up to 15 cycles/profiles, each with a maximum of 30 ramp/soak/cooling segments. This makes it ideal for applications requiring time-based temperature control and repeatable process automation.
Built-in software functions include “Waiting” mode (to delay cycle start if the process variable is not aligned with the setpoint), and "Cycle Recovery" in case of power failure. A specialized version (-13ABC) offers extended support for gas kiln management.
Configuration and profile programming can be performed directly via the onboard keypad or remotely using the MyPixsys App (via NFC/RFID) or MyPixsysLab PC software. This streamlined interface supports both experienced users and operators with minimal training.
With its robust control features, intuitive setup, and compact footprint, the ATR264 is a versatile choice for cycle-based thermal applications requiring accuracy, repeatability, and user-friendly configuration.
