Important Safety Instructions

WARNING: Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical products to prevent electric shock, fire, and injury.

• Read all instructions before use.
• This product is for household use only.
• Keep away from children (not intended for use by those 12 and under). Close supervision is required when used near children.
• Use only as described in this manual and with genuine HOOVER® parts and accessories.
• Do not use the charger outdoors, in rain, or with damaged cords/plugs.
• Keep the charger, plug, and terminals dry and away from heated surfaces.
• Do not insert objects into openings. Keep openings clear of dust, lint, and hair.
• Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and body parts away from moving parts and openings.
• Use caution on stairs; place the product at the bottom or on the floor, not on furniture.
• Do not vacuum flammable liquids, combustible materials, burning items, or hot ashes.
• Ensure filters, separator, and dirt cup are in place before use.
• Store the product safely to prevent tripping hazards.
• Ensure the power switch is OFF before connecting the battery, picking up, or carrying the product.
• Disconnect the battery pack before making adjustments, changing accessories, or storing the product.

Battery & Charging

WARNING: Never expose the battery pack or charger to water, moisture, or corrosive/conductive fluids.

Charging

1. Plug in the charger and attach the battery pack by aligning the ribs and grooves.
2. Slide the battery pack into the charger.
3. Battery lights indicate charge status. A flashing red light on the charger indicates an error.

Note: Fully charge the battery (3-4 hours) before first use. Maintain battery and ambient temperature between 32-86°F (5-30°C) during charging.

To remove battery: Press latches and pull up.

Battery Disposal

WARNING: RISK OF EXPLOSION OR TOXIC MATERIAL EXPOSURE.

Lithium-ion batteries require proper environmental disposal. Contact Techtronic Industries (HOOVER) for recycling information via www.rbrc.org/call2recycle/.

Handling Damaged/Exposed Batteries: If exposed to fluids, do not use or charge. Wear protective gear, place in a bucket of tap water outdoors, and contact Customer Service for disposal.

Assembly

1. Attach the reach wand to the powered nozzle until it clicks.
2. Connect the handheld unit to the reach wand until it clicks.
3. Secure the dirt cup into the handheld unit.

Note: Fully charge the battery before initial use.

Operation

Using the Vacuum

• Press the power button to turn the machine ON/OFF.
• Press the brush roll button to activate/deactivate the brush roll. (Recommended: OFF for hard floors, ON for carpets. Brush roll OFF extends runtime.)
• Boost Mode: Increases suction power for deeper cleaning.

CAUTION: Do not use for grooming pets.

CAUTION: Store product away after use to prevent tripping.

Connecting Attachments

• Motorized Pet Tool: Attaches directly to the handheld unit.
• Tough Dirt Tool: Attaches to the upholstery tool by aligning arrows. Remove by pulling the tab.
• To connect an accessory to the hose, align and push until it clicks.
• To release an accessory: Click the grey button on the hose.
• To release the hose from the handheld: Click the grey button on the handheld.
• Connect the extension hose to the handheld portion.

Maintenance

WARNING: Always remove the battery pack before cleaning or maintenance.

The product has no user-serviceable parts.

Emptying the Dirt Cup

1. Remove the battery pack.
2. Press the dirt cup release button to detach the dirt cup.
3. Empty the dirt cup into a trash bin, then reattach it.

Cleaning the Filter and Cyclone

1. Open the dirt cup lid to access the filter. Remove the cyclone and clean dirt/debris from both.
2. Tap the filter to remove loose dirt. Rinse under warm water until clear. Allow to air dry completely (up to 24 hours) before reinstalling.

IMPORTANT: Do not operate without the filter or cyclone. Do not use soap or chemicals for cleaning. Ensure the filter is fully dry.

General Maintenance

IMPORTANT: Avoid solvents on plastic parts to prevent damage. Clean with a damp cloth.

Troubleshooting

If the appliance malfunctions, has been dropped, damaged, or exposed to water, call Customer Service at 1-800-406-2005 before further use.

Thermal Protector

The cleaner will stop if the thermal protector activates due to overheating.

1. Turn OFF, remove battery.
2. Empty dirt cup.
3. Clear any obstructions in the filter/cyclone.
4. After the motor cools (approx. 30 mins), reinstall the battery.

If the issue persists, contact Customer Service.

WARNING: Brush roll may restart suddenly. Ensure power is OFF and battery is removed before servicing.

Warranty

Hoover® ONEPWR™ Product Limited Warranty: Three Year Limited Warranty (Domestic Use)

Contact Customer Service (1-800-406-2005) with proof of purchase and model number for warranty claims.

Covers defects in material and workmanship for three years from purchase date for normal household use.

Exclusions: Commercial use, misuse, neglect, damage from accidents or acts of God, unauthorized repairs, normal wear items (filters, brush rolls, etc.).

This warranty is the exclusive remedy. Warrantor is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Use only genuine HOOVER® parts and accessories. Non-genuine parts may void the warranty.
