Sound and vibration values were measured in accordance with EN 62841. Use ear protection as noise can damage hearing. Vibration values are determined according to EN 62841. The indicated vibration emission value may vary depending on the application and may exceed the specified value in exceptional circumstances. To minimize noise and vibration, use only well-maintained equipment, adapt your working style, do not overload the appliance, have it serviced when necessary, and switch it off when not in use. Wear protective gloves.
Assembly
A) Fixing the Table Legs and Extension:
- Use screws and nuts (Fig. 3-11) and a screwdriver.
- With the table and an extension upside down on a flat surface, align the extensions (Fig. 4/5) and slide them together.
- Place a table leg as shown in Fig. 4/5, securing it loosely with four screws and nuts. Do not tighten completely yet. Note: The leg fits into the table profile with fixing screws inserted from the outside.
- Repeat step 3 for the opposite leg.
- Once both legs are approximately fixed, ensure the table and extension are perfectly flat, then gently tighten all screws, working from the center outwards.
- Repeat steps 2-5 for the other extension and legs. Once all four legs are firmly tightened, turn the assembly over and check that the table does not wobble.
B) Attaching the Switch Box and Plug:
- Use screws and nuts (Fig. 3-11) and a screwdriver.
- With the table standing on its legs, align the two holes in the switch box with the corresponding holes in the table (Fig. 6).
- Secure with screws from the front of the table and lock nuts (Fig. 6_11).
C) Installing the Router on the Table:
- Use screws and nuts (Fig. 3-11) and a screwdriver.
- Insert four 50 mm screws into the table top holes (Fig. 3-11), as shown in Fig. 7/8.
- On the table top, fit the bracket, washer, and flange nut for each screw (Fig. 7-12, Fig. 8).
- WARNING: Consult the router's instruction manual for operation information. Ensure the router table or router plug is NOT connected to the power outlet.
- Remove the plastic plate from the router's base before attaching it to the table (Fig. 7/8).
- Position the router centrally on the underside of the table. Secure it with clamps (x4). Ensure the router faces the table.
- Once the router is in position, tighten the clamps sufficiently to prevent movement during operation.
D) Fixing the Longitudinal Stop:
- Use two 40 mm hexagonal screws, washers, and locking button screws (Fig. 9/10).
- Insert screws from the underside of the table through the marked holes (Fig. 9-14, 10-13).
- Place the longitudinal stop over the screws and secure it with the washer and wing screw (Fig. 10-13, 3-14).
E) Attaching Workpiece Guides:
- Use 4 screws, washers, and 40 mm wing nuts (Fig. 3-11/13).
- Install workpiece guides on the longitudinal stop as shown (Fig. 10-13, 11-5, etc.). Note the direction of milling (Fig. 14/14).
Starting Up
6.1 ON/OFF Switch (6a): Press the green button to turn the machine on. Press the red button to turn it off.

Operation
7. Working with the Router Table (Fig. 12/13/14):
- Insert routing cutters into the router and set speed and depth according to the router's manual.
- Insert a suitable table insert (10) into the router table, ensuring minimal clearance around the cutter for free rotation.
- Adjust workpiece guides (5) to match workpiece dimensions.
- Set the router's ON/OFF switch to continuous operation mode (if available).
- Connect the router's power cable to the switch (6).
- Connect the router table switch (6a) to the power supply, using a suitable extension cable if needed.
- Turn on the router table using the switch (6a).
- After any adjustment, perform a test cut on scrap material and readjust guides if necessary.
- Guide the workpiece along the workpiece guides (5) past the routing head, in the direction of the spring disks.
- Apply gentle force when pushing the workpiece. Use a push stick for small workpieces.
- Important: Unplug the router table before any maintenance, adjustment, or cleaning. Unplug when not in use.
7.1 Router without Continuous Operation Mode (Fig. 8): If your router lacks continuous operation, use the supplied clip (15) to lock the switch. Use the clip only if the router is operated via switch (6a).
7.2 Dust Extraction: The router table has an outlet for connecting a dust extractor. Connect the dust extractor adapter (Fig. 2-9) and the extractor to remove dust during milling.
