FCC Compliance
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to two conditions: it must not cause harmful interference, and it must accept any received interference. Modifications not expressly approved by the responsible party may void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. If interference occurs, users are encouraged to try correcting it by reorienting the antenna, increasing separation between equipment and receiver, connecting to a different circuit, or consulting a dealer or technician.
Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) Information
The INOI A54 (FCC ID: 2A9SNA540) meets government requirements for radio wave exposure. The SAR limit in the USA (FCC) is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. The highest reported SAR values during certification were 1.196 W/kg for ear use and 1.186 W/kg for body-worn use (tested at 10mm from the body). To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements, use accessories that ensure a 10mm separation distance between the user's body and the handset. Avoid accessories with metallic components. Use only supplied or approved antennas.
Body-worn Operation: For body-worn operations, maintain a minimum 10mm separation distance between the user's body and the handset, including the antenna. Third-party accessories should not contain metallic components. Use only supplied or approved antennas.
