Important Precautions

⚠️ WARNING: To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury, read all precautions and instructions in this manual and all warnings on the treadmill before use. iFIT assumes no responsibility for personal injury or property damage sustained through the use of this product.

It is the owner's responsibility to ensure all users are informed of warnings and precautions. Keep children under 16 and pets away from the treadmill. Consult a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, especially if over 35 or with pre-existing health conditions, or during pregnancy. Use the treadmill only as described in this manual and only for home use. Keep the treadmill indoors, away from moisture and dust, and not near water. Place the treadmill on a level surface with adequate clearance (8 ft. behind, 2 ft. on sides) and do not block air openings. Use a mat to protect floors. Do not operate where aerosol products are used or oxygen is administered. The treadmill is for users weighing 300 lbs. (135 kg) or less. Never allow more than one person on the treadmill at a time. Wear appropriate clothing and athletic shoes; avoid bare feet, stockings, or sandals. Ensure the power cord is plugged into an earthed circuit; use only manufacturer-recommended fuses. If an extension cord is needed, use a 3-conductor, 14-gauge (2 mm²) cord no longer than 5 ft. (1.5 m). Keep the power cord away from heated surfaces. Never move the walking belt while the power is off. Do not operate if the power cord or plug is damaged. Read and test the emergency stop procedure; always wear the safety clip. Be careful when mounting and dismounting; stand on foot rails and hold handrails. Noise level may increase when someone is walking. Keep fingers, hair, and clothing away from moving parts. Adjust speed in small increments. Never leave the treadmill unattended while running; remove the key, turn off the power switch, and unplug the cord when not in use. Do not attempt to move the treadmill until properly assembled (requires lifting 45 lbs. / 20 kg). Ensure the storage latch is secure when folding or moving. Do not operate while folded. Do not change incline by placing objects underneath. Never insert objects into openings. Inspect and tighten parts regularly; replace worn parts immediately with manufacturer-supplied parts. Unplug the power cord before cleaning or maintenance. Never remove the motor hood unless instructed by an authorized representative. Over-exercising can cause injury or death; stop if feeling faint, short of breath, or experiencing pain.

Before You Begin

The treadmill has the following approximate dimensions and weight:

  • Length: 6 ft. 7 in. (199 cm)
  • Width: 3 ft. 0 in. (90 cm)
  • Weight: 240 lbs. (109 kg)

Assembly

Assembly requires two persons. Clear an area and remove packing materials. An oily substance on the treadmill exterior after shipping is normal and can be wiped off with a soft cloth and mild cleaner. Assembly requires the included hex keys, a Phillips screwdriver, and an adjustable wrench. Do not use power tools to avoid damaging parts. Left and right parts are marked accordingly.

Warranty Registration: Instructions are provided for registering your product and activating your warranty in the UK (via iFITsupport.eu) and Australia (via email or postal service), requiring details such as receipt, name, address, and product information.

Wire Connections: Specific steps detail how to connect various wires (e.g., Belly Pan Wire, Upright Wire, Handrail Wire) during assembly. Ensure connectors are fully seated and latched correctly. Diagrams illustrate these connections.

Component Attachment: The assembly process involves attaching components such as uprights, handrail assemblies, console assemblies, pivot covers, latch crossbars, and storage latches, using specific screws, bolts, and washers as detailed in the part lists and diagrams.
