5 Assembly Instructions
STEP 1: TRAMPOLINE FRAME ASSEMBLY
- By connecting two Leg Extension (E) to W-shaped Legs (F), a "U" shape is formed. Repeat this step with the remaining pieces to complete the remaining U legs. When completed, set aside. Make sure that the quick snap clip pops out of the hole.
- Start by connecting Top Rails (C) to T-connectors (H). Continue until you have created a large circle. Tip: Have a second person or use a wall to apply resistance to the frame to help it shift into place.
- Two people will be required to assemble the trampoline. The circle frame is lifted by one person. The other person stands the U shaped leg tubes up (vertically) and inserts the T connector into the U shaped leg tubes. Check that the locking holes are aligned. Make sure that the quick snap clip pops out of the hole and towards inside.
STEP 2: TRAMPOLINE MAT & COVER ASSEMBLY
- WARNING Springs will create high levels of tension when assembled. Please take care not to pinch your fingers. Lay out the Jumping Mat (B) inside the frame.
- Attach a spring (D) as follows: Take Spring (D) and insert end 'b' into Top rail tube, then put end 'a' of the spring into trampoline Jumping Mat(B) rings. Hold Spring Tool (G) overhand and pull spring hook towards Top rail (C) as picture shown; drop hook into frame hole until it latches on completely, tap it down if hook is not completely in the hole. Tips: Take extra care when installing springs to avoid hand injuries.
- To even out the tension and avoid over stretching the springs, continue connecting every few springs by using spring tool (G). Continue attaching the springs to your jumping mat in the above sequence.
- Lay Frame Cover (A) on outer edge, so springs are covered. It should be fitted like a shower cap. Then tie all black straps to top rail of frame. Do not tie them to the springs.
STEP 3: POLE TUBE ASSEMBLY
- Take the U clamp (J) and clasp the trampoline Bottom Pole Tube (M) by U-Bolt and Plastic Bracket as shown.
- When doing this, have someone assist you in holding the pole tube steadily.
- Once the Bottom Pole Tube is attached as above images, you can clasp it to the Leg Tube with Steel Bracket, then tightening the clamp to securely connect it to the leg tube with the included nuts and Spanner (K). Please note that the set comes with 2 clamps per pole tube. Pay more attention to the position of each clamp on the leg tubes.
- Connect the Bottom Pole Tube (M) to the Upper Pole Tube (L) together. Make sure that the quick snap clip pops out of the hole.
- Slide the PVC sleeve (Q) onto the assembled pole tube.
STEP 4: ENCLOSURE NET ASSEMBLY
- Insert the Fiberglass Rod (P) into the passage sewn on the Enclosure Net (N), then push it into the Pole Cap (I), as shown in the pictures above. Please insert the fiberglass rods slowly to prevent them from damaging the passage.
- Repeat this step for all remaining rods until they all connect. To make the last connection, have one person stand on the opposite side from you, push the rods towards the centre of the ring until they are in line with each other and make the last connection, as shown in the picture above.
- Attach the fiberglass rods with safety net to the Upper Pole Tube by Pole Cap (I).
- Pass the Cord (Q) through the under part of the Enclosure Net (P) and the triangular rings around the mat in a zig-zag style. Continue around the edge of the entire net, then tie a knot to secure the rope.
STEP 5: LADDER ASSEMBLY
- Place the two Frame Legs (2) on a clear area. Then, place one of the Ladder Steps (1) onto the bottom of each Frame Leg. Next, slide the step up until the top bolt holes of the legs and step lineup. Note: Make sure the checkered pattern of step is facing up.
- Insert two Bolts (4) through the Ladder Step (1) and Frame Legs (2). Then, tighten one Nut (3) on the back of each Bolt by Screwdriver (7).
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 to assemble the second ladder step.
- Place the lower frame base (5) on to the ladder frame legs (2), making sure to align the screw holes.
- Insert two short screws (6) through the Lower Frame base (5) and Frame Legs (2). Then, tighten each Short Screw by Screwdriver (7).
6 Jumping on Trampoline
- Check that the zipper on the safety net is completely closed and all three brackets on each sides of the zipper are closed before using the trampoline.
- You should jump barefoot or with only socks.
- Jump carefully first until you can feel how much the AIR the mat gives. Practice with basic jumps before trying more advanced jumps. Do not jump recklessly nor without supervision.
- Do not jump on the safety net on purpose. The safety net is only meant to prevent accidental falls from the trampoline. Jumping onto the safety net can cause the trampoline to tip over or damage the net. The warranty does not cover damage as a result of incorrect use.
- Learn basic jumps and simple movements before trying more advanced jumps. It is possible to practice versatility by combining basic jumps and movements in varying order.
- Do not jump too high. Jump only low jumps until you learn good jumping technique and can land in the middle of the mat. It is more important to control the jump than to jump high.
- Do not jump directly to the ground from the trampoline.
- Take regular brakes from the jumping.
- Start by getting a feel for what it's like to jump on the mat. Focus on the basics body postures and practice on each (basic) jump until you master them well.
- Finish the jump by bending your knees when your feet touch the mat. Practice this while exercising basic jumps. Always use this technique if you lose the balance.
- Learn basic jumps first and make sure you master the technique before you train harder jumps. Jumping in a controlled way means landing in the same place where you jump. If you try harder jumps before you learn basic techniques, you can hurt yourself.
- Do not jump for too long time, fatigue increases the risk of injury.
- When jumping, it is important to maintain control. Avoid advanced exercises until you master basic jumps. It is also important to understand how the trampoline works to avoid injuries. A controlled jump means that you land on the mat in the same place as you jumped up.
- The safety net around the trampoline must be inspected before each use. The net must be replaced immediately if there are signs that the net is worn, damaged, stretched, cracked, loose, brittle or anything else that endangers the structural integrity of the net.
- Keep the trampoline out of the reach of pets to prevent the trampoline from breaking or being damaged in any other way.
7 Care and Maintenance
Proper care and maintenance will extend the trampoline's lifespan and reduce the risk of injury.
- The safety net must be replaced with a new one at least every 3 years. Other parts must be replaced immediately when signs of wear are observed. Moisture, temperature fluctuations, UV radiation, and other external factors wear down the trampoline parts.
- The trampoline legs should be secured to the ground with weights or anchors, for example, to prevent it from moving or blowing away in strong winds. Alternatively, parts affected by strong winds, such as the safety net and the jumping mat, can be disassembled, removed, and stored in a safe place if strong winds or storms are expected.
- Inspect the trampoline before each use. The net must be replaced immediately if there are signs that the net is worn, damaged, stretched, cracked, loose, brittle, or anything else that endangers the structural integrity of the net.
NOTE! Always investigate at the beginning of the season and with regular intervals that all parts of the trampoline are in perfect condition. Neglect can cause danger. Make sure that the trampoline's bolts, screws, nuts, and other fasteners are properly tightened. The springs and their attachment points must be securely fastened so they do not come loose. The edge guard must be fastened so that it covers all edges and metal parts, and the pole paddings are in place. Also, the jumping mat and safety net must be inspected weekly.
Tip: If needed, you can apply threadlocker to the threads of the nuts to ensure its secure fastening for a longer period. However, remember to check the tightness of the bolts' nuts before each use.
It is at a minimum advised to store the safety net and jumping mat indoors during winter. If you store the trampoline outdoors, snow and, for example, leaves must be removed regularly from the jumping mat and safety net.
All changes made to the trampoline must be in accordance with the instructions.
NOTE! Preserve these instructions for later use.
