8. Safety and Maintenance

Safety Guidelines

Comfort

Long periods of repetitive motion, improper positioning, and poor habits can lead to physical discomfort and injury. Follow these guidelines for optimum comfort:

  1. Position your keyboard and monitor directly in front of you, with your mouse next to it. Place elbows next to your side, not too far away, and keep the keyboard within easy reach.
  2. Adjust your chair and table height so the keyboard and mouse are at or below elbow height.
  3. Keep feet well supported, posture straight, and shoulders relaxed.
  4. While typing, relax your wrist and keep it straight. Avoid bending, extending, or twisting hands for long periods during repetitive tasks.
  5. Do not rest wrists on hard surfaces for long periods.
  6. Use the provided wrist rest to support your wrist while using the keyboard.
  7. Customize keys to suit your work style to minimize repetitive or awkward motions.
  8. Do not sit in the same position all day. Get up, step away, and do exercises to stretch arms, shoulders, neck, and legs.

If you experience physical discomfort (pain, numbness, tingling) in your hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, or back, consult a qualified medical doctor immediately.

Maintenance and Use

The Razer Huntsman V3 Pro requires minimum maintenance. Once a month, unplug the device and gently clean each component using a soft cloth or cotton swab to prevent dirt buildup. Do not use soap or harsh cleaning agents.
