Before First Use
Preparing the Appliance
- Charge the battery as described in the section "Charging the Integrated Battery".
- It is recommended to clean the appliance and the attachments (9-11) as described in the section "Cleaning and Care" before using them for the first time. This will remove any residues left from the production process. The appliance is now ready for use.
Checking Compatibility
- It is recommended to first test the appliance in a less sensitive area. Check how your skin reacts, for example, by testing it on the inside of your lower arm. First read the section "Handling and Operation" so that you know how to use the appliance safely and avoid injuries.
- Clean the skin and make sure that no cream or moisturizer has been applied to the area.
- Only continue with the application on your face if no skin reactions appear on the test area after about 30 minutes.
- In case of doubt, consult your physician to determine if the treatment is suitable for you.
Handling and Operation
Selecting an Attachment
The appliance comes with 3 attachments (9-11) for treating the skin. You can:
- Clean the pores of your face and treat blackheads.
- Remove dead skin cells.
- Stimulate blood circulation in the skin.
Attachment | Opening Shape | Areas of Application |
---|---|---|
Small attachment (10) | [Small circular opening] | This attachment treats a small area, making it suitable for hard-to-reach locations, such as on the nose. The attachment is also suitable for initial applications or for sensitive skin. |
Large attachment (11) | [Large circular opening] | This attachment treats a large area. The attachment can be applied to all areas of the face. Pay attention to the unique aspects of the eyes and mouth! This attachment is also suitable for use on blackheads. |
Oval attachment (9) | [Oval opening] | This attachment treats a somewhat large area and is particularly suitable for the sides of the nose and around the mouth. We recommend the intensity level "Soft". |
Fitting an Attachment with Filter
- If already fitted: remove the fitted attachment (9-11) from the suction head (2).
- To change the filter (8), pull the current filter (8) out of the suction channel of the attachment (9-11). Use tweezers, if necessary.
- Insert a filter (8) into the suction channel of the selected attachment (9-11).
- Fit the attachment (9-11) onto the suction head (2) so that the small rectangular tab on the lower part of the suction head (2) engages precisely into the matching recess in the suction channel of the attachment (9-11).
- The filter (8) must be resting directly on the suction head (2) for the appliance to function properly. As soon as you start the appliance, the filter (8) is sucked in.
Intensity Levels
You can choose between 3 intensity levels. The set level is shown on the LED display (4):
- "1": Light suction
- "2": Moderate suction
- "3": Strong suction
Before Use
- Before beginning a treatment, clean your skin to remove any powder, cream, or make-up. Ensure that your skin is completely dry.
- Avoid using a sauna or tanning bed on the day before and the day after a treatment. Protect your skin from the sun.
- For the first applications or for sensitive skin, use the small attachment (10), which treats only a small area at a time. Also select the intensity level "1" with the lowest suction power. Sensitive skin can react with swelling. Perform a compatibility test, if necessary: Before treating your face, check how your skin reacts at another location, such as the inside of your lower arm. Wait about 30 minutes for a possible skin reaction.
- Tip: Opening the pores before treatment can improve the result. Facial steamers or facial saunas are typically available for this purpose. Alternatively, a conventional facial steam bath can be done with hot water in a bowl and a towel over the head.
Treatment of the Face
⚠️ CAUTION! There is a risk of bruises, swelling, and skin irritation. Always begin at the lowest intensity level and gradually increase the intensity, if needed. Take special care and use a low intensity level when treating sensitive areas or sensitive skin. Do not use the appliance on the sensitive skin immediately around the eyes or on the lips. Everyone's body reacts differently. If you find an application unpleasant, reduce the intensity level, switch immediately to a different location, reduce the pressure you exert on your skin with the appliance, or stop the treatment completely.
- Fit the selected attachment (9-11) with filter (8).
- Start the appliance by pressing the On/Off button (6) for about 2 seconds. Intensity level "2" lights up in the LED display (4).
- Briefly press the Intensity button (5) to set the intensity level. The LED display (4) shows you the set intensity level.
⚠️ CAUTION! There is a risk of bruises, swelling, and skin irritation. Uninterrupted application of the appliance may not last any longer than 5 minutes. The first treatments may not exceed 3 minutes. Do not treat the same area for too long or with too much force. Do not treat the same area several times in succession. Do not use the appliance more often than twice per week.
- Place the opening of the attachment (9-11) against the skin of your face. Move the appliance as follows: Press only hard enough for the attachment (9-11) to make full contact with the skin so that the appliance cannot draw in outside air. You will feel a light suction force on the area being treated. Never remain at a fixed location. Always keep the appliance in motion. Pull the appliance over each area of skin only a single time!
- Treat the areas of the face as described in the section "Areas of Application".
- Press the On/Off button (6) for about 2 seconds to switch off the appliance.
Areas of Application
ℹ️ Note: Take care that your skin is firm so that the attachment (9-11) can make a seal against the skin and not draw in outside air. If necessary, use one hand to pull the treated area and tighten it while moving the appliance over the area with your other hand.
Forehead
Place the appliance in the middle of your forehead and pull it outward to just before the hairline.
Nose
Place the appliance on the upper part of your nose and pull it down the sides and middle of the nose.

Place the appliance next to your nose and pull it over your cheeks.
Temples
Place the appliance next to your eye. Maintain a distance of about 1-2 cm from the eye. Then pull the appliance towards the hairline.
Mouth and Chin
Place the appliance above the mouth and pull it to the side towards your cheek. Do not touch the lips directly. Place the appliance on your chin and pull it up towards the cheeks. Stop before you reach your cheek.
After Use
- Clean your face with water. Do not use any irritating care products. Apply soothing skincare products or a moisturizing cream.
- You may observe some reddening of the skin after the treatment. However, this is temporary and should go away within one or two days, at most. If you experience any issues, please consult your physician.
- Avoid using a sauna or tanning bed on the day before and the day after a treatment. Protect your skin from the sun.
Cleaning and Care
⚠️ DANGER! Risk of fatal injury from electrocution! Before every cleaning, disconnect the USB charging cable (12) from the appliance and pull the mains adapter out of the mains socket. Never immerse the appliance, the USB power cable (12), or the mains adapter in water or other liquids!
❗ ATTENTION! Do not use abrasive or caustic cleaning agents to clean the appliance. They can corrode the surface and damage the appliance beyond repair. Never open the housing of the appliance. There are no serviceable parts or parts requiring cleaning inside the appliance. Penetrating moisture can cause damage to the appliance.
- Make sure that the appliance is switched off and the USB charging cable (12) is not connected to the appliance.
- Remove the fitted attachment (9-11) and take out the used filter (8). You can use the filters (8) multiple times. After use, wash the filter in lukewarm water and allow it to dry before the next use. If the filter is still dirty or defective, use a new filter (8).
- Clean the attachment (9-11) with water and washing-up liquid. If necessary, use a moistened cotton swab to clean the inside of the attachments (9-11). We recommend additionally applying a suitable disinfectant. Allow the attachments (9-11) to dry before the next use.
ℹ️ Note: If the locking rings (1) break during cleaning, replace them with the provided spare locking rings (7). If necessary, you can order more filters (8), locking rings (1), and attachments (9-11) (see section "Ordering Replacement Parts").
- In case of soiling, pull the locking rings (1) off the suction head (2). Use tweezers, if necessary. Clean the locking rings (1) in lukewarm water with some washing-up liquid.
- Wipe the area around the suction head (2) with a slightly damp cloth. Then wipe it again with a dry cloth. Clean the other surfaces of the appliance only with a dry cloth.
- Place the locking rings (1) back on the suction head (2) and slide them into the provided grooves.
Storage
- Store the appliance and its accessories in a dry and dust-free location.
- To ensure a long battery life, charge the battery at regular intervals.
- Never store the device when it is discharged. Prolonged storage in a discharged state can cause permanent damage to the battery. If the device is stored for a longer period of time, the charge level of the battery must be checked regularly. The optimum charge level is between 50% and 80%.
