Dewenwils Outdoor Mechanical Pin Timer

WARNING

1. The timer must be mounted in a vertical position with the outlets facing downward and at least 2ft above the ground level.
2. Do not connect any devices which exceed the maximum ratings of the timer.
3. Do not immerse in water.
4. Children are not allowed to use the timer without supervision.
5. Do not disassemble or repair the product, but only by authorized service personnel.
6. Always unplug and store indoors when not in use.

Product Layout

The product consists of the following parts:

• 1. Cover
• 2. Timer dial
• 3. Switch: Always ON or Timer Control.
• 4. Outlet: Plug the lights or devices to be controlled by the timer outlet.

The timer dial has 48 pins representing 30-minute intervals over a 24-hour period. The white semicircle indicates the period from 7 AM to 6 PM, and the black semicircle indicates the period from 7 PM to 6 AM.

Pin Positions:

• Pins in the down position represent Light/Device ON.
• Pins in the up position represent Light/Device OFF.

Note: Pins indicated by an arrow cannot be pressed down directly; rotate the dial to adjust them.

Installation

This outdoor mechanical timer has 48 pins with a 24-hour daily repeat function. It has a full 13 Amp rating suitable for lighting and heavy-duty loads.

Operation Instructions

1. Locate an electrical outlet close to the device you want to control.
2. Push the "ON / TIMER" switch to the "TIMER" position and plug the timer into the outlet.
3. Set the current time: Turn the dial clockwise until the arrow indicates the present time. The pins around the dial are in increments of 30 minutes.
4. Set your desired time period to keep the timer on by lifting up the pins around the undesired time period.
5. Plug your electrical device directly into the timer. Ensure the device is in the "ON" state for the timer to control it properly.
6. You may override the timer's operation by setting the "ON" switch to ON. Remember to set the switch back to "TIMER" for the timer to function correctly.
7. In case of a blackout, reset the time of day as indicated in step 3.
