Charging
Slide to open or close the charging case to activate the LED battery indicator.
- Fully charge both the earbuds and the charging case before the first-time use.
- To preserve battery lifespan, fully charge at least once every 45 days.
- To prevent damage, use the provided USB-C cable.
- Fully dry off the earbuds and the USB port before charging.
LED Indicator (Charging Case):
- Red: < 30% battery
- Yellow: 30% - 70% battery
- Green: > 70% battery
Powering On/Off
Automatic Power On/Off:
- Slide to open the charging case: the earbuds will automatically power on.
- Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the case: the earbuds will automatically power off.
Manual Power On/Off:
- To manually power on: press and hold the multi-function button on either earbud for 1 second.
- To manually power off: press and hold the multi-function button on either earbud for 5 seconds.
LED Behaviour (Earbuds):
- ON: Steady white for 1 second.
- OFF: Steady red for 1 second.
Pairing
True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Connection
Slide to open the charging case, the earbuds will automatically power on. The right earbud will automatically connect with the left earbud.
LED Behaviour (Earbuds):
- Breathing white: TWS connecting.
- Steady white: TWS connected.
TWS Connecting Mode:
- When powered off, press and hold the multi-function button on both earbuds for 1 second to enter TWS connecting mode.
Using One Earbud:
- When powered on and connected, place either earbud into the charging case and close it to continue using the other one.
- If one earbud runs out of battery and powers off, you can continue using the other one.
Call Handling:
- During a call, press and hold the multi-function button on either earbud for 1 second to switch it to the primary earbud.
- During a call, place either earbud into the charging case; the microphone in the other earbud will be activated.
Bluetooth Pairing with Your Device
The earbuds enter pairing mode when powered on. You may see a pop-out screen to confirm the connection.
LED Behaviour (Earbuds):
- Flashing white: Bluetooth pairing.
- Steady white for 1 second: Bluetooth connected.
Pairing Process Notes:
- Some devices may have issues with Qualcomm True Wireless Primary-Secondary pairing names, potentially showing "connection unsuccessful" or no pop-out screen. This does not affect functionality.
- Once paired, the primary earbud connects to your device and transfers the signal to the secondary earbud. The secondary earbud does not connect directly to your device. Your device's Bluetooth list might show only one earbud as connected.
Pairing with Another Bluetooth Device:
Place the earbuds back into the charging case, ensure they are charging, keep the case cover open, and press and hold the button on the charging case for 3 seconds. The LED indicator on the right earbud will flash rapidly.
Automatic Reconnection:
Each time you power on your Soundcore earphones, they will automatically connect to the last successfully connected device if it is within Bluetooth range.
Mono Mode:
When Bluetooth is connected, you can use either earbud individually by placing the other one back into the charging case and closing the cover.
Wearing
- Choose the ear tips and ear wings that fit your ears best.
- Insert the earbuds into your ear canals.
- Twist and adjust to find the most comfortable position.
Controls
All controls in stereo mode can be customized in the Soundcore App.

Ensure your earbuds firmware is always updated for the best experience.
Download the Soundcore App for access to:
- HearID: Maps your personal hearing sensitivity across frequencies to create a personalized sound profile and tailor EQ settings.
- UI Customization: Customize controls in stereo mode (controls are fixed in mono mode).
- EQ Settings: Choose from over 20 EQ settings to optimize your audio experience.
- Firmware Updates: Update your earbuds firmware. You will be notified when a new version is available when connected to the app.

Reset
Reset your earbuds if they cannot connect with each other or with your device properly.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case and ensure they are charging.
- Keep the charging case open.
- Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on both earbuds flash red 3 times.
This action will clear all memory data.
