Getting Started

Welcome to your Soundcore Liberty Neo earbuds. Before first use, please charge the earbuds and the charging case.

Charging

Charging the Earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case. The LED indicator on the earbuds will show the charging status.

Charging Status Indicators:

[Battery Low]: Earbud LED is red.
[Battery Medium]: Earbud LED is orange.
[Battery High]: Earbud LED is green.
[Battery Full]: Earbud LED is off or solid green.

Charging the Case: Connect a USB-C cable to the charging port on the case. The LED indicator on the case shows the case's battery level.

Wearing the Earbuds

For optimal fit and sound quality, ensure the earbuds are inserted securely into your ear canals. The "[Left]" and "[Right]" markings indicate the left and right earbuds respectively.

Fit: Gently twist the earbud into your ear canal until it feels snug and secure.

Powering On and Off

Powering On: Remove the earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode if not previously connected.

Powering Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case. They will automatically power off and begin charging.

Manual Power Off: Press and hold the touch control on each earbud for approximately 5 seconds until the LED turns off.

Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the earbuds are powered on and within range of your device.

2. Open your device's Bluetooth settings.

3. Select "Soundcore Liberty Neo" from the list of available devices.

4. Once connected, the LED indicator on the earbuds will flash blue, and you may hear an audio prompt.

Re-pairing: If the earbuds do not automatically connect, repeat the pairing process.

True Wireless Stereo (TWS)

The Soundcore Liberty Neo utilizes True Wireless Stereo technology, allowing both earbuds to connect to your device simultaneously for a seamless stereo audio experience.

The earbuds automatically pair with each other when removed from the case.

Controls

The touch controls on the earbuds allow you to manage music, calls, and voice assistants.

Single Touch (Left or Right Earbud): Play/Pause music, Answer/End calls.
Double Press (Left or Right Earbud): Activate Voice Assistant ([Voice Assistant Symbol]).
Press and Hold for 1 Second (Left Earbud): Decrease Volume ([Volume Down]).
Press and Hold for 1 Second (Right Earbud): Increase Volume ([Volume Up]).
Press and Hold for 2 Seconds (Left Earbud): Previous Track ([Previous Track]).
Press and Hold for 2 Seconds (Right Earbud): Next Track ([Next Track]).
