Wi-Fi Status: The Wi-Fi icon flashes when the product is ready for pairing after the IOT button is pressed for 3 seconds. Error Code: Refer to the EcoFlow app for specific error codes. Carbon Monoxide Alert: Appears when a connected EcoFlow Smart Generator automatically shuts off due to unsafe carbon monoxide levels.

3.3 General Product Usage

To turn the product on, short press the Main Power Button. The LCD Screen lights up and the battery level indicator displays. The product enters sleep mode after 5 minutes of idle operation, turning off the LCD Screen. The LCD Screen automatically lights up upon sensing load changes or operations. To turn the LCD Screen on/off, short press the Main Power Button. To power off the product, press and hold the Main Power Button. The default product standby time is 2 hours. With other Power Buttons off and no load access for 2 hours, the product will automatically shut down. Standby time can be set via the APP.

12V DC Output Port: With the Main Power Button on, short press the 12V DC Power Button to use this port. Short press again to turn it off. The product will not automatically shut down when the 12V DC Power Button is on.

AC Output Port: With the Main Power Button on, short press the AC Power Button to use the AC Output ports. Short press again to turn it off. The default standby time for AC Output is 12 hours. Without any load access for 12 hours, the AC Power will automatically turn off. Turn off the AC power button when not in use to save power consumption.

3.4 AC Charging

EcoFlow's X-Stream fast charge technology offers up to 1800W of max input power for AC charging. Charging power can be controlled via the AC Charge Speed Switch. The default max input power is 400W, adjustable in the EcoFlow app. In case of AC input current exceeding 20A, the X-Stream charging input port initiates self-protection, and the Overload Protection Switch pops up. Press the switch to resume charging after confirming no product failure.

The charging power can be adjusted using the AC Charge Speed Switch on the back of the product or set within the EcoFlow App. Use the included AC Charging Cable for fast charging; do not use other cables. Plug into an AC wall outlet with an output current of at least 15A. If not, reduce the unit's charging speed via the AC Charge Speed Switch. EcoFlow is not responsible for consequences due to failure to follow instructions, including using other AC charging cables.

The app allows for customized charging power rates from 200-1800W (default 400W).

Approximate full charge time: ~2.7 hours.

3.5 Solar Charging

Users can connect solar panels in series to recharge the product. It supports 11-150V DC input, 15A max current, and 1600W max charging power.

Diagram: A solar panel is connected via a Solar Charging Cable (MC4 to XT60) to the XT60 Input Port of the EcoFlow DELTA Pro.

When using an EcoFlow solar panel, follow its specific instructions. Ensure the solar panel's output voltage is within 150V before connecting to avoid product damage.

3.6 Car Charging

Recharge the product via the Car Outlet. It supports 12V/24V car chargers with a default 8A charging current.

Charge after starting the car to prevent insufficient car battery. Ensure the cigarette lighter of the Car Outlet and the Car Charger Input Cable are in good condition. EcoFlow is not responsible for losses or damages due to failure to follow instructions.

Diagram: A car charging cable connects to the car outlet and the cigarette lighter socket.

3.7 Using Smart Extra Battery

A single DELTA Pro can link with up to two Smart Extra Batteries for increased capacity. Refer to the respective user manuals for detailed instructions.

Precautions: 1. Turn off both the Smart Extra Battery and DELTA Pro before connecting or disconnecting. 2. Ensure both units display the extra battery icon on their screens before use. 3. Turn off the Smart Battery before connecting or disconnecting it. 4. Do not touch the metal terminals of the Smart Extra Battery connector. Clean terminals gently with a dry cloth if needed.

3.8 APP

The EcoFlow App allows remote control and monitoring of EcoFlow power stations. Access the user guide and download link at: https://ecoflow.com/pages/ecoflow-app.

Privacy Policy: By using EcoFlow Products, Applications, and Services, you consent to the EcoFlow Term of Use and Privacy Policy, accessible via the 'About' section of the 'User' page on the app or at https://ecoflow.com/pages/terms-of-use and https://ecoflow.com/pages/privacy-policy.

3.9 X-Boost

EcoFlow X-Boost technology enables the product to power devices up to 4500W Max, while the rated output remains 3600W, preventing overload protection failures.

X-Boost Tips: 1. X-Boost is unavailable when AC output is in a recharging state (bypass mode). 2. X-Boost is not compatible with all appliances, especially those with strict voltage requirements or rated power over 3600W, or appliances with voltage protection (e.g., precise instruments). X-Boost is best suited for heating devices. Test with your devices before relying on X-Boost.

3.10 Emergency Power Supply (EPS)

The product supports EPS. Connecting grid power to the AC Input Port allows powering devices via the AC Output Port (using grid power, not station power). In case of a blackout, it switches to battery power within 30ms. This is a basic UPS function and does not support 0ms switching. Do not connect devices requiring 0ms UPS (e.g., data servers, workstations). Test compatibility before use. It is recommended to charge one device at a time to avoid overload protection. EcoFlow is not responsible for device failures or data losses due to improper use.

Diagram: Shows grid power connected via AC cable to the AC Input Port, and devices connected to the AC Output Port, with an optional display screen.

FAQ about EcoFlow Solar Panels

Are EcoFlow solar panels waterproof?

EcoFlow Solar Panels are IP67 rated, meaning they can be submerged in water up to a meter deep for 30 minutes. They are also dustproof, durable, and suitable for outdoor usage. Clean with a gentle stream of water; avoid high-pressure sources that may damage the panels.

Does the charging speed of EcoFlow solar panels vary?

Charging speeds vary with operating and environmental conditions: Weather (cold, cloudy, rainy conditions may reduce output), Positioning (panels not directly facing the sun reduce output), Obstructions (shade, objects, or windows reduce output). Warning: Avoid applying external pressure to the solar panels, as it can damage cells and reduce output.

Can EcoFlow solar panels be used in extreme weather conditions?

Use solar panels in stable weather conditions. The optimal temperature range for normal use and storage is -4°F to 185°F (-20°C to 85°C). Warning: DO NOT use solar panels during severe weather conditions like thunderstorms, strong winds, and hailstorms.

Can EcoFlow solar panels store power themselves?

Solar panels convert solar energy into electricity and pass it as DC current to an EcoFlow power station; they do not store power themselves.
