Product Overview

The Ipega PG-9217 is a retractable gamepad designed for smartphones and tablets. It supports various connection modes including wireless Bluetooth for Android and iOS devices, and wired connections for Windows PC, P3, and N·S consoles. The gamepad features a telescopic phone stand that supports phones up to 165mm, ergonomic design for comfortable grip, and LED backlighting for the buttons.

Connection Modes

Android Standard Mode

Press and hold the 'X' button and the HOME button for 2 seconds. The LED1 indicator will flash quickly. Search for "PG-9217" on your Android device's Bluetooth settings and pair. LED1 will remain solid after a successful connection. For previously connected devices, press the HOME button; LED1 will flash slowly for automatic reconnection.

Direct Play Mode (Android V3)

Press and hold the 'A' button and the HOME button for 2 seconds. The LED2 indicator will flash quickly. Search for "PG-9217" on your Android device's Bluetooth settings and pair. LED2 will remain solid after a successful connection. For previously connected devices, press the HOME button; LED2 will flash slowly for automatic reconnection.

Direct Play Mode (iOS V3)

Press and hold the 'Y' button and the HOME button for 2 seconds. The LED2 indicator will flash quickly. Search for "PG-9217" on your iOS device's Bluetooth settings and pair. LED2 will remain solid after a successful connection. For previously connected devices, press the HOME button; LED2 will flash slowly for automatic reconnection.

Wired Mode

Press and hold the 'RB' button while plugging the USB cable into a Windows PC, P3 console, or N·S console. The gamepad automatically recognizes the mode. For PC, it defaults to X-input 360 mode (LED1 solid). Press 'SELECT + START' for 3 seconds to switch to D-input mode (LED1 solid). For P3/N·S, the console will recognize and assign LED indicators. For Android devices, LED1 will be solid after connection.

Button Mapping for Direct Play Mode (Android/iOS)

For default operation instructions, visit www.ipega.hk. To remap buttons, download and install the "ShootingPlus V3" app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Within the app, you can customize button mappings and positions.

Gamepad Charging, Sleep, Wake-up, and Off Functions

1. Charging:
   • Low battery: LED1 indicator flashes quickly.
   • Charging: LED1 indicator flashes slowly.
   • Fully charged: LED1 indicator remains solid.
2. Sleep/Wake-up/Off:
   • The gamepad automatically enters sleep mode after 10 minutes of inactivity.
   • To wake up and reconnect, press the HOME button.
   • To turn off the gamepad, press and hold the HOME button for 3 seconds. All LED indicators will turn off.

Important Usage Note
