Operation
Power ON/OFF
- Press the [ON-OFF] button to turn on.
- Press and hold for approximately 3 seconds to turn off.
Select Temperature Unit
Press and hold the [°C/°F] button for 3 seconds and release to change the temperature unit.
Data Hold
- Press the [HOLD] button once to retain the display reading; the °C or °F icon will flash.
- Pressing the button again will release the hold function and return to normal display.
Maximum/Minimum Reading Memory
- Press [MAX/MIN] to display the maximum reading.
- Press the button again to display the minimum reading.
- Press the button once more to display normally.
- To reset the memory, switch the thermometer off and then on.
- *Reset the memory once before taking new readings.
Notes
- Clean the probe immediately after each measurement to avoid cross contamination.
- When replacing the battery, ensure all screws are tightened fully, otherwise it will affect the water resistant function.
- Replace the battery when the display becomes dim.
- If there is any abnormal display or operation, switch off the unit once. All user settings will be reset to ex-factory settings.
