Product Introduction

Aqara Door and Window Sensor T1 is a sensor that detects the opening and closing status of objects like doors, windows, drawers and closets based on Zigbee 3.0 wireless communication protocol.

Its built-in high-precision reed switch may accurately detect the opening and closing status of doors and windows.

Aqara Door and Window Sensor T1 may link the hub or other devices to execute multiple smart scenes by taking the detected changes of the opening and closing status of doors and windows as the automation conditions.

An Aqara hub is required. Some functions require specific models of the Aqara hub. Please visit www.aqara.com/support for more details.

Device Binding & Initialization

Component Descriptions:

  1. Before activating the accessory, please make sure you have the Aqara Home downloaded and Aqara hub installed.
  2. Please open the app, tap "Home" and then tap "+" in the top right corner to enter "Add Device (Accessory)" page. Select "Door and Window Sensor T1", and add it according to instructions.

If the connection fails, please move the accessory closer to the Hub and try again.

Caution

  9. Leaving a battery in an extremely high temperature surrounding environment that can result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
  10. A battery subjected to extremely low air pressure that may result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
  11. The equipment is only suitable for mounting at heights ≤ 2 m.
