Wearing Method

Choose a pair of ear cups that fit your ears best. Gently insert the earbuds into your ears and adjust for comfort.

Basic Function

Important: Please remove the protective film from the earbuds and charge the case fully before first use.

01 Power on, connect via Bluetooth (Bluetooth mode)

Power on: Open the charging case lid; the earbuds will turn on automatically and enter pairing mode. Turn on Bluetooth on your device and select "HAVIT TW970". The RGB indicator will change from flashing to steady if paired successfully. Pairing mode lasts 3 minutes. If pairing fails, restart the device and follow the steps again.

Notes:

• HAVIT TW970 remembers previously connected devices and attempts to reconnect automatically.
• The earbuds will disconnect if they deviate from the Bluetooth working range. They will reconnect automatically if you return within 3 minutes.

02 Power on, connect via Wireless Dongle (Wireless Dongle mode)

Power on: Open the charging case lid; the earbuds will turn on automatically. Plug the wireless dongle into a USB-C port on your device (PC, PS5 console, Nintendo Switch controller). The dongle LED indicator will turn steady white if successful. The earbuds connect to the dongle automatically, and the earbuds RGB indicator will turn red & yellow upon successful connection.

A USB-C to USB-A converter (not supplied) can be used to connect the dongle to a USB-A port.

03 Power off

Place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically shut off.

04 Answer incoming call (Bluetooth mode & Wireless Dongle mode)

Double press the left or right MFB button to answer an incoming call.

05 End the call (Bluetooth mode & Wireless Dongle mode)

Double press the left or right MFB button to end the current call.

06 Decline incoming call (Bluetooth mode only)

Long press the left or right MFB button for 2 seconds to decline a call. (Note: TW970 does not support declining calls in Wireless Dongle mode.)

07 One key for voice assistant (Bluetooth mode only)

Both earbuds working: Long press the left or right MFB button for 2 seconds to activate the voice assistant. Single earbud working: Long press the MFB button of the working earbud for 2 seconds to activate the voice assistant.

08 Mute/ Unmute the earbuds (Wireless Dongle mode only)

During playback with a wireless dongle connection, hold the MFB button on either earbud for 3 seconds to mute or unmute the microphone. The earbuds will exit mute mode after reboot.

09 Music playing (Bluetooth mode & Wireless Dongle mode)

• Play/Pause: Double press the left or right MFB button.
• Previous song: Triple press the left MFB button.
• Next song: Triple press the right MFB button.

Note: If only one earbud is working, triple press the left or right MFB button to switch to the next song.

10 Charge the case

Charge the case using the USB-C cable connected to a computer or wall charger. The case RGB indicator turns steady blue while charging and turns off when fully charged or when power is cut off.

11 Charge the earbuds

The earbuds will emit a warning tone for low power. Place the earbuds in the case to charge.

Additional Functions

12 Mono mode (take out any earbud as a unilateral Bluetooth earbud)

Note: Single channel mode requires removing only one earbud from the charging box. If both earbuds are removed before connection, they will default to TWS mode and connect automatically.

1. Take out one earbud from the charging case. It will automatically turn on and reconnect to the previously connected device.
2. To switch earbuds while playing music: Take out the other earbud from the charging case. The two earbuds will connect automatically. Both earbuds will play music. Place the earbud you no longer need into the charging case to complete the switching process. (Call mode is also applicable).
3. Refer to TWS mode for more functions.

13 Dongle Storage

Remove the earbuds from the case first, then retrieve the dongle from the inner front lid of the case.

14 Switch the RGB effects of the case

Open the case lid and short press the reset button to change the RGB effects. There are 9 styles of RGB indicator.

15 Dual device connection

This function allows you to answer a call while gaming. Ensure your earbuds are connected to your mobile phone via Bluetooth and to your PC/PS5 console/Nintendo Switch controller via wireless dongle simultaneously. When gaming, if an incoming call is received on your mobile phone, the game audio will be interrupted by the ringtone. Double press the MFB button to answer the call. The game audio will resume after the call ends.

The RGB indicator will flash alternately for 3 seconds. Then the earbuds will enter pairing mode again. Search for "HAVIT TW970" Bluetooth pairing name on your mobile phone and connect again.

16 Factory Reset

If the earbuds frequently fail to pair, reset them. Place both earbuds into the charging case and close the cover. Open the case again and press the reset button for 3 seconds within 3 minutes. The earbuds will exit the mute mode after reboot.

Warnings

7. To protect your hearing and extend speaker service life, it is not recommended to adjust the volume to the maximum level for extended periods.
8. For any damage to the earbuds, please contact after-sales staff promptly instead of attempting self-repair. Unauthorized repairs will void after-sales service.
