Product Structure:
The product consists of two earbuds and a charging case. Each earbud features an MFB (Touch panel) button, indicator light, and microphone. The charging case has an LED indicator, charging port, and a reset button.
Wearing Method
Gently insert the earbuds into the ear and adjust for appropriate comfort.
Basic Functions
01 Power on, Bluetooth connection
Open the charging case to automatically power on the earbuds. They enter pairing mode with one earbud's indicator flashing white and orange. Alternatively, press and hold the MFB button for 5 seconds on either earbud. Turn on Bluetooth on your device and select "HAVIT TW958 PRO". The earbud indicators will turn off upon successful pairing. Pairing mode lasts 180 seconds.
Notes:
- The TW958 PRO remembers previously connected devices and will attempt to reconnect automatically.
- The earbuds will disconnect if they move out of Bluetooth range and will reconnect automatically if brought back within 3 minutes.
02 Power off
Place the earbuds in the charging case and close the lid to automatically shut off. Alternatively, press and hold the MFB button for 5 seconds on either earbud while powered on.
03 Answering incoming calls
Short press the MFB button on either earbud to answer an incoming call.
04 End the call
Long press the MFB button on either earbud for 2 seconds to end the current call.
05 Decline incoming call
Long press the MFB button on either earbud for 2 seconds to reject an incoming call.
06 One key for voice assistant
Triple tap the MFB button on either earbud to activate the voice assistant.
07 Switch on/Switch off Game mode
Double tap the left MFB button to switch game mode on or off.
08 Switch on Ambient Sound mode / ANC mode
Double tap the right MFB button to cycle through Ambient Sound mode, ANC mode, and ANC off.
09 Music playing
- Play/Pause: Short press the MFB button on either earbud once.
- Previous song: Long press the left MFB button for 2 seconds.
- Next song: Long press the right MFB button for 2 seconds.
Note: If only one earbud is working, long press its MFB button for 2 seconds to switch to the next song.
Charging
Case
The charging case indicator flashes once when an earbud is placed inside. Charge the case using the Type-C cable connected to a computer or wall charger. The case indicator flashes while charging and turns off when fully charged.
Indicator status during charging:
- 0-35%: Orange light flashes every 2 seconds.
- 35%-70%: White light flashes every 2 seconds.
- 70%-100%: Green light flashes every 2 seconds.
- Full charged: Green light flashes for 5 seconds and then turns off.
Earbuds
Place the earbuds in the charging case to charge them when a low power warning tone is heard.
Mono mode
Use a single earbud as a unilateral Bluetooth earbud. Take out one earbud from the charging case; it will automatically turn on and reconnect to the previously connected device. Place the other earbud in the charging case. This mode is applicable for calls.
Switching between earbuds: While playing music, take out the other earbud from the charging case. Both earbuds will connect automatically and play music. This process is also applicable for switching to TWS mode.
Restore factory settings
If pairing fails, restore factory settings. Place both earbuds in the charging case and close the lid. Open the case again within 3 minutes, press the reset button for 10 seconds. The case indicator will flash 5 times quickly, and the earbuds will enter pairing mode. Search for "HAVIT TW958 PRO" on your mobile device and connect.

Warnings
- Operate according to the instructions.
- Charge earbuds with input power below 5V/1A to protect the battery.
- Store and use earbuds in a normal temperature environment.
- Do not use this product near water. Do not immerse or splash liquid on the product.
- Keep earbuds away from heat sources like radiators or stoves. They are not resistant to high temperatures.
- Do not block the ports of the earbuds (charger port, LED port, microphone, etc.).
- To protect hearing and extend speaker life, avoid prolonged use at maximum volume.
- If the earbuds are damaged for any reason, contact after-sales support instead of attempting self-repair to ensure continued after-sales service.
