First Time Using

For the first use, please remove the protective film, then place the device in the charging case and close it. Open the case again to use the device.

Retrieving and Returning the Earbuds

Place the earbuds in the charging case slot; the magnets will attach automatically.

Wearing

Gently twist the end of the ear hook downward along the outside of the ear to adjust to the best fit.

Turning On / Turning Off

Connecting

During pairing, the white light flashes slowly. After successful pairing, the white light stays on for 5 seconds then turns off. If there is no device pairing for 1 minute, the indicator light turns off.

Dual-Device Connection

Keep both earbuds in the box, press and hold for 2 seconds until the white light flashes slowly to enter pairing mode, then you can connect to a second device.

Note: Dual device connection is off by default. If you need to use it, please turn on this function in the Xiaomi Earbuds App.

Connection Disconnect & Automatic Reconnection

Connection Disconnect:

• Connection loss: Earbuds more than 10 meters away from the device.
• Interference disconnection: Many wireless devices nearby, strong environmental interference.
• Manual disconnection: Place both earbuds in the case and close the lid, or manually turn off the device's Bluetooth.

Automatic Reconnection:

Press and hold for 10 seconds until the orange light flashes three times.

Connecting with App

1. Scan the QR code to download and install Xiaomi Earbuds to enable more features.

2. Follow the instructions on the app to connect the earbuds.

Note: During the connection process, please make sure that the smartphone's Bluetooth is enabled. Put the earbuds into the charging box, open the lid, and ensure that your smartphone is near the box.

*Xiaomi Earbuds app supports mobile phones with Android 6.0 and above and iOS 14.0 and above.

*Please upgrade the app to the latest version.

Note: Due to the connection characteristics of the Bluetooth signal, in dense environments with 2.4 GHz electromagnetic signal interferences, there may be occasional disconnects or no sound. The power delivered by the charger shall be between min 4.4 Watts required by the radio equipment, and max 5 Watts in order to achieve the maximum charging speed.

Important Safety Information

Before using and operating this device, read the following precautions to ensure an optimal device performance and avoid dangerous use or unauthorized operations.

• Product information and certification marks are located in the charging case.
• ⚠️ To prevent possible hearing loss, do not use this product at high volume for long periods of time.
• Do not use the earbuds while driving, and comply with the relevant regulations in your region or country.
• Only use the power adapters that comply with the local safety standards or certified and supplied by qualified manufacturers.
• Do not disassemble, strike, crush or throw the product into fire, as it may cause an explosion.
• The product has a built-in battery that cannot be removed or replaced. To avoid damage to the battery or the product, do not disassemble or modify the battery by yourself. The battery can only be replaced by authorized service providers and must be replaced with the same type. Replacement of a battery with an incorrect type may defeat a safeguard (such as catching fire, explosion, and leakage of corrosive electrolyte).
• Do not put the battery in trash that is disposed of in landfills. When disposing of the battery, comply with local laws or regulations.
• Disposal of a battery into fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting of a battery, can result in an explosion.
• Do not use this product during thunderstorms. Thunderstorms may cause the product to malfunction and increase the risk of electric shocks.
• Leaving a battery in an extremely high temperature surrounding environment can result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.

• These earbuds and their accessories may contain small parts. Please keep them out of the reach of children.
• Please stop using the product immediately and seek medical assistance if the contact area on your skin shows signs of redness or swelling.
• Enabling noise canceling may affect your awareness of surrounding sounds and alarms. Ensure that you are in a safe environment before using this function.
