Bluetooth Connection

1. Step 1

2. Step 2

3. Step 3

Charging

Button Functions

• Volume Up: Press once.
• Next Track: Press and hold for over 2 seconds.
• Volume Down: Press once.
• Previous Track: Press and hold for over 2 seconds.
• Power On/Off: Press and hold for 2 seconds.
• Play/Pause / Answer/End Call: Press once. ?
• Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold for 1 second. ??
• Activate Siri (iOS) or "OK Google" (Android): Press twice. ?
• Bluetooth Connection: See Bluetooth Connection section.

EQ Modes

Switch to GAMING / MUSIC EQ: Press and hold both buttons for over 1 second.

• GAMING: One beep. Enhanced mid-high range for clear sound and immersive experience that puts you in the action. ?
• MUSIC: Two beeps. Clear vocals and enhanced bass for increased music enjoyment. ?

Microphone

Retractable Boom Microphone

• Microphone ON: Press button (blue ring). ?
• Microphone OFF (MUTE): Press button (no blue ring). ?

Voice and Tone Prompts

• Power On: Beep
• Connected via Bluetooth: Two beeps ?
• Battery Low: "Low Battery" (less than 20%) ?
• Power Off: Beep

Console + Mobile Gaming

Headphone Volume Control: Adjust your console/device volume accordingly.

PC/Mac Setup via Bluetooth

Setup with PC (Windows 7, 8, or 10):

1. Go to Control Panel in the Start Menu.
2. Select Category: Hardware and Sound.
3. Select Category: Sound.
4. On the Playback tab, ensure "JLab Play Gaming Headphones" is displayed as the default connected device.
5. Click the next tab: Recording.
6. Right-click the "JLab Play Gaming Headphones" icon and select "Set as Default Device".
7. Click OK to save changes.

Setup with MAC (macOS 10.1 and higher):

1. Open System Preferences and select the Sound icon.
2. Click the Input tab and select "JLab Play".
3. Click the Output tab and select "JLab Play".
4. In this screen view, you can adjust the output volume to your desired level.
5. Closing the window will save the settings.

Precautions

• Avoid moisture or liquids entering the ear tips.
• Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
• Avoid dropping or crushing the headphones, straining the cable with quick pulls or excessive force, or bending the cable at sharp angles.
• Wax buildup in the ear tips can affect sound quality. Carefully remove wax with a cotton swab or other small tool to improve sound quality.
• If you experience discomfort or pain, try reducing the volume or temporarily discontinue use.
• If you regularly experience discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
• We recommend treating your headphones like a fine pair of sunglasses and storing them in a safe place when not in use.
